*Mikey's POV*

Two weeks.

It had been two weeks since I saw my older brother.

My parents were asking me where he was and I kept replying with 'I don't know!' but for whatever reason, they didn't seem to believe me.

They didn't believe that Gerard was missing.

I prefer to use the word missing rather than 'dead' as it keeps my hopes up. Gerard wasn't dead, I could feel it in my gut. I had made more posters and was going around to more places and asking people if they had seen my brother. When I got to the local coffee shop I had seen the same woman from about two weeks ago.

"Hi" I said and pulled the best fake smile I could. I hadn't been smiling since Gerard had gone missing.
"Hello!" She said and got me to sit down next to her. "Any luck on finding your brother yet?" She asked.
"No...How about Frank?" I asked.
"No luck" She said.

We talked for a bit and she introduced herself as Linda Iero. She was really nice and had actually bought me a coffee. I was still trying to figure out all that was going on.

"Frank went to a party the night he went missing, right?" I asked and Linda nodded. "Frank and Gerard are together. I know it. Too much in common with their disappearances to not be together."
"Yeah. I hope they're okay" Linda said.
"They will be!" I replied. "Uh just asking is Frank into guys or...?"
"Yeah. He told me a couple nights before the party" Linda replied.

Holy shit. Gerard said that he was bisexual and our parents flipped so maybe just maybe he and Frank had been dating and they disappeared together. I'd like to think that rather than them being kidnapped but it seemed as if they were. None of Gerard's things had been missing and his money and wallet wasn't gone either so if he'd run away he'd be broke and starving by now.

"Did Frank have his wallet on him the night of the party?" I asked.
"No, its still sitting on the desk in his room." Linda explained.
"Fuck..." I cursed under my breath.

They hadn't run away. If they did, Gerard and/or Frank would definitely take their wallet with them. I just really hope they're still alive. God knows what they're going through or what they're doing right now...
I felt my head start to spin and I said goodbye to Linda before walking out of the coffee shop and back to my house.

When I got to my house I flung myself onto my bed and grabbed my phone.

Me: Hey Pete, can u come over?

Soon enough I got a reply.

Pete: yeah sure! Be there soon!

I smiled and placed my phone on my bed before standing up and walking out of my room and to the main floor to the living room. I heard a sharp knock at the front door and ran to it to see my almost too short friend standing in front of me.

“Hi Pete” I said.
“Hey Mikey” Pete said and kissed my jaw lightly.

Pete has a crush on me and always tries to make as many moves as he can. He walked to the living room and I followed him and sat down next to him.

"Is Gerard still missing?" Pete asked.
"Yeah" I said and hung my head.
"We'll find him, he's around" Pete said and smiled wide.

I nodded my head and hugged Pete for a second before going back to my previous state where I was sulking.

"Hey how about we play video games to get your mind off of Gerard who, by the way, is totally fine!" Pete said and smiled at me.
"Okay" I agreed and smiled back at him.
