Heaven Help Us

After we got food and ate, we headed towards the Ways house to visit mama Way. I think I might visit my house too see how Grandma is doing, she called last week and she got a new cat. I must seee ittt. I laughed. Everyone knows I love cats. “Izzy you and your cat obsession, I see you as a crazy cat lady.” Frank said taking a sip of pepsi. “Nahh I think shes gonna have a cat and a Frank in the future!” Gerard said nudging Frank. He choked on his soda a bit. I glared at Gerard mouthing to shut up. “Annnd we are here, I’m gonna go to the record store near by with Bob.” Ray said Pushing Bob out of the bus. “Damn Ray chill bro we’ll get there soon.” Bob said trying push Ray back. We walked into the Way brothers house. “MAMA WAYYYY!!” I screamed as i ran to hug Gerard’s and Mikey’s mom. I was more excited than the boys were. Hey i’m gonna walk to my house i’ll be back in a bit. I said walking out the house. “Wa..Wait!” Frank said. Wait for me ok i’ll come with yah just incase shit goes down. Gerard nudged him “Very smooth Frank.” Frank glared at him a little. Yah come along Frank. I said sticking out my tongue at him. We walked out of the house together. So why did you want to come with me, wouldn't you rather chill with Gerard and Mikey? I asked him looking at him. “Nah your cooler.” He smiled at me, and tried to hold my hand. I blushed a lot. “Sorry.. I.. Well..” He just laughed he didn't know what to say. He was so cute when he was nervous and shy. I thought. We came around to the next street to my house. Well this is the crap shack where I came from. “Hey it’s not that bad.” He said smiling to cheer me up. “Heyy slut, where ya’h been lately.” Said the old hag known as my alcoholic mother, Tammy. Yah out of rehab now? How long do you think your gonna stay out a day or so? I laughed and hugged her. Hi mom, and no im not a slut, your the slut how many boyfriends do you have now? “Well you should know i’m married again.. to Larry!!” She said cracking open another Beer. Wha...What, the actual fuck. So hows that asshole of a father of mine doing? “Eh he’s doing a little time for selling shit, i dont know what but hes out in 5 months so i dont care.” She said pointing to the door, to let us know we can go inside. “So Izzy whos the weiner?” She said looking at Frank. This is Frank hes one of the guitarist from the band i chill with, yah know the Way brother’s band. We walked inside and was greeted by 3 very fat cats. AWWW omgg cats!! I squeeled. Grandma! How are you doing? I hugged her. “Your damn parents are living with me. I want them out now, they just trash the place when their not in rehab or jail.” She said walking back to her rocking chair. “Well whos this young handsome fella.” she said pointing to Frank. This is Frank one of the guys from the band, I told yah about him in the letters. So has mom pawned my stuff off yet for beer money? “No, i had to put wallpaper over your door because I didn’t want your mother to sell any of your stuff, shes so out of it she even forgot about your room the wallpaper trick worked.” She laughed as she got a knife out of the kitchen so we can cut through the wallpaper so i can get stuff from my mom to pack on the bus. I really need to get my own apartment to store all this shit when I don’t travel around with you guys. I said as I opened my door. Damn things never change. I thought as I saw all the posters and clothes laying everywhere, it’s the same as I left it. I had some great records stored away somewhere. I said to Frank as I scrambled through the closet. “What a slob you can be Izz.” Frank said picking up some pants on the ground and threw it at me and laughed. Dude stahp. I said throwing a shoe back at him. Fuckk Yeah I found some Cure Albums, I remember my goth days. We packed some clothes, records and random shit in some boxes my grandma had. Frank can you help me carry these boxes to the tour bus. “Yups haha well depending on how heavy they are.” Frank said with a big grin on his face. So how did you like meeting my train wreck of a family? “Well..I give you my condolences, they are quite something i’ll tell yah that.” Frank said patting my back. So why did you come with me Frank? I said looking into his eyes. “Well Mikey told how your dad was this big scary abusive guy and I wanted to make sure you would be safe and ok.. I didn’t want anything bad to happen to you. Izzy you mean a lot to me. Can I ask you something?” Frank said looking down at his shoes. Yeah whats up? I think I know what he’s gonna ask..I hope he says he likes me or something along the lines of that. I thought and blushed a little. “Well, this past year I realized you really do mean a lot to me. And when you tried to OD and jump off the balcony that scared the hell out of me. I almost jumped too, just to save you. I’m completely in love with you Elizabeth.” He said looking at his shoes and was bright red. I've never seen this side of Frank before, it’s cute. I slowly walked over and kissed him on the cheek and smiled. Frank, I had a thing for you for a long ass time. About time you came around and said something to me. I said laughing and hugged him. “Lets get back to the bus before everyone gets worried.”Frank said holding the front door open.
