Franks POV

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful. I was on my way home when I got a text message from Bert. 'Hey beautiful x' I smiled at the text and replied. 'Hey :)' it took about three minutes for him to respond. 'Hey Babe, I'm really sorry but I'm gonna have to cancel our date Friday. my moms sick and I'm going to take care of her.' I frowned. I was looking forward to our date. but it was his mom so I quickly dismissed it. 'oh, its fine. Say hello to your mom for me.' I sent it and pit my phone away. the problem with beret is that he had gotten suspended from school awhile ago and I barley got to see him. before I knew it I was at my front door opening it and walking inside. after about twenty minutes of being home I got a call from Mikey. "Hey." "Hey Frank, So my parents are going out and our parents don't trust us alone ever since Gerard almost burned the house down, but anyways Gerard and I really dont want to go so is it all right if we stay there?" I hesitated but soon have in. "Its fine with me, but if Gerard so much as makes a sly comment he's out." "Yes! thanks. well be over there around 5:30. bye." I hung up and looked at the time, it was 4:34. I sat down on the couch and called ray. if I was having a friend over might as well invite another, right?

Sooner then I had thought it was 5:37 and everyone was here. Mikey and Gerard were sitting on the couch while Ray and I were in the kitchen. "So what happened today?" Ray asked. I knew what he was talking about and I also knew that it was incredibly hards to keep secrets from him. so I told him everything. one of the best part about being friends with ray was that he was a wonderful listener, he understood, and he was always there if someone needed a shoulder to cry on. "That's really low of Gerard." I nodded in agreement and said "And thanks for making him apologize." now this, seemed to confuse him. "What? I didn't tell Gerard to do anything." know I was the one confused. "But, he said you did." it took a minute but ray seemed to piece together the pieces alright. "Maybe, he felt bad but wanted to keep up the whole, 'I don't give a shit' act." "Maybe?" I said in response. "come on, let's go back out tongue living room." I said and we both walked out. I sat down at the end of the couch. "What do you guys wanna do?" everyone just shrugged or mumbled a 'I don't know'. "Are we really this boring?" I chuckled. "wanna watch a movie?" I asked. everyone soon agreed and I knelt down in front of the TV. "Horror?" "Come on Frank, You know us." i smiled at what Mikey had said. I grabbed my large collection of horror movies and set them out. we all looked through them and finally decided on Dracula. I put on the movie, turned out the lights, and sat down on the couch. About halfway through the movie I noticed Gerard was fidgeting a lot. he had seen this movie thousands of times so I knew he wasn't scared. I decided not to give it too much thought and looked back to the movie. about ten minutes later I felt eyes on me. I looked over and Gerard was looking right at me. I held his gaze for about five seconds before he quickly, turned away, his face turning pink. So many thoughts were running through my mind that before I knew it the movie was over.
