Frank's POV
Gerard and I sat in the coffee shop, holding hands and smiling like fools. Soon Gerard announced that we leave. I grabbed his hand and held it as tight as I could while we were walking to where Gerard's car is. The streets were starting to get dark and there was a lot less people than before. Suddenly I remembered something.
"Gerard! What about Mikey and Ray? We brought them with us!" I said.
"Oh yeah, well I guarantee they'll be at home, if not they walk" Gerard said.
Yeah it was a little mean but I was excited to just spend time with my boyfriend. Gerard and I were walking down the sidewalks in the not-so-warm early spring air. When we reached Gerard's car him and I piled in. Gerard looked at me before he even started the car. He leaned over and planted a kiss on my cheek. I could feel my face grow hot as I turned my head to look at Gerard.
"So we're really going to run away?" I asked.
"I told you that I'd always keep you safe, no matter what, and I'm sticking by my words" Gerard replied.
I smiled and looked out the window at the dark scenery as Gerard drove us home. I guess him driving us home meant we weren't running away at this instant. Gerard parked on the side of the street opposite from his house as his parents were both parked in Gerard's driveway. Gerard and I walked in the house and downstairs to his room. I looked into Mikey's room as I passed it and Mikey was sitting on the floor, playing some game station. I followed Gerard into his room and sat down on his bed and soon was joined by him. It wouldn't be hard for me to pack as I had been living out of a suitcase and backpack ever since my dad kicked me out.
"When do you want to go?" Gerard asked.
"Sooner than later, I'm still scared." I replied.
After I finished my sentence as if on cue my phone started ringing. I ignored it at first and continued to talk with Gerard until Gerard asked if I was going to get my phone. I shook my head and Gerard took my phone from me. He started tapping it a few times but eventually stopped and handed it back to me.
"I blocked him" Gerard said.
"Thank you" I said as I jumped into Gerard and hugged him tightly. "How about tonight?" Gerard asked.
"Tonight?"
"Yeah, early morning." Gerard said.
He walked over to the alarm clock by his bed and I could see him set the alarm for 3:30AM. I groaned, not wanting to get up that early but I knew I had to leave and Gerard knew he had to protect me. I took off all my clothes but my boxers and crawled into bed, underneath Gerard's covers. I could hear Gerard packing some stuff away as I laid there with my eyes shut. I don't know if Mikey was still awake but I couldn't hear anything. Soon enough I could feel Gerard lay down with me, curling up behind me and wrapping both his arms around me. I
It didn't feel like I was sleeping for long before the alarm clock when off, signalling it was 3:30 and that Gerard and I should get up and go.
