GERARD P.O.V

Today was the first day of my new school and to say I was nervous was an understatement. I was shaking and my palms were sweaty. I was so scared because I wasn't very liked back in my old school, and I was scared to see how this one would turn out. My younger brother Mikey tried to tell me that everything was going to be fine. I wouldn't have it, I was worried.

It took me about an hour to figure out what I was going to wear. Finally I decided on a Black Flag shirt and black skinny jeans with my black Dr. Martens. What is everyone there hates me, and then they turn Mikey against me. I can't live with that.

"Gerard! It's time to go, come on!" Mikey called up to me. Oh shit, it is time to leave.

"On my way." I yelled back, slowly picking up my bag and sluggishly making my way downstairs. Once I reached I bottom I saw a disapproving Mikey.

"Why are you so worried? You are a great guy, you'll make friends." He said, "And if I make friends I'll share them with you."

"Oh shut up. And lets go." I said, then added, "BYE MOM!"

"GOODBYE BOYS, HAVE FUN AT SCHOOL!" She yelled back.

"GOT IT!" Mikey screamed back. Then we left for school. My anxiety rising with every step, and I swear to God it was going to kill me before I can even see the damn school. "You are nervous, speak."

"What if no one likes me, and then they turn you against me." I said looking at him. He's my brother, I can never lie to him. Nor would I even want to, and even if I did that poker face knows all. So there was no point.

"Gerard. Nothing that people can say in that school can change my mind about you. You are still my kick ass, artist brother. And unless you murder someone I think my opinion on you will remain the same." He said patting my back in brotherly way, "Now quit moping and cheer up. You might make a couple of girlfriends."

"And you might make a couple of boyfriends." I says copying him. He's my cool gay little brother.

"Okay, maybe." he said smiling at me, "I am still so happy you are not a homophobic asshole."

"I could never. Any even if I was a homophobic asshole, you would be my only exception." I said shrugging.

"Good too know." I heard someone laugh off in the distance, a girl. She had a nice laugh. "Pack?"

"Sure, about?" I asked him, looking back over at him.

"No matter what happens in this school, we stick together?"

"Deal little bro." I said and we made our way into the school. I found my locker, Mikey's was down the hall. I looked at my times tables. Yep, I'm fucked. Just when I closed my locked I felt someone launch themselves onto me. I look down and see a short boy looking up at me. He gets off of me.

"Hello." He smiled at me, holding his hand out for me to shake. I shook it.

"Hi?" I asked more of a question, than a greeting. "You can jump on me on second, than shake my hand the next?"

"Yes, yes I can." He replied. "You're new, right?"

"You are correct." I said.

"Do you need help? Like with classes and stuff. " He said, then quickly added. "I mean finding them not the work."

"Actually yes." I said, "What's your name?"

"My name is Frank, but you can call me Frank."

"Okay, I'm Gerard." I said, and he turned to me as we walked toward my first class, at least I hope it is towards my class.

"I love your name, French right?"

"yes, although I am Jersey not French." I reply. You see I live in Jersey now, but I moved about an hour away from where I used to live.

"I can tell by you speech." He giggles. He fucking giggled. "So this is your first class, Math. It's also mine and my friend, Kaine, class."

"You want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?" He asked. Mikey.

"As long as I can bring my brother." I say, hoping he would take the offer. His smile just got even wider.

"Yes of course." He replied, and we walked in. He took me over to two empty seats next to a boy with black hair, piercings, and gauges. "Gerard this is Kaine. Kaine this is Gerard."

"Hello." He says smiling at me, and holding his hand out, I take it and return the smile.

"Hi."

"Kaine your next class is History right?" Frank asked him, and he nodded.

"Yeah I have it with Candy, Nate, and Andy. Why?" He asked him.

"Gerard here has history next." he replied. "And judging by his shirt you guys will be friends, also Andy, Candy, and Nate will like him too."

"You guys like Black flag?" I asked looking down at my shirt, I had a black zip up and it was open.

"Hells yeah." Kaine replies. "Yeah I'll take him. He seems cool."

"Thanks." I reply sitting in the one empty seat and Frank sits in the next. "So who do I talk to and who do I stay away from?"

"Okay so him." He points too a group of people and the one guy sitting in the middle, he looks built. "Stay away from him, Dustin he is the second biggest slut in school, after his girlfriend."

"His girlfriend has been with most of the guys in the school." Kaine said

"Most of the guys in Jersey." Frank adds. "And she is right there." He points to a blonde, I look over at her, she turns her head and saw me looking at her. She waves her hand and licks her lips. I tried not to gag as I turned away. Frank and Kaine laugh.

"It's not funny." I replied as I shivered thinking about her.

"Okay okay, looks like you won't fall for Kelly. So then there is Jake." He points to a boy sitting beside Dustin. "he's a dick who hates me more than you can imagine." Frank said shrugging.

"Why?" I asked him.

"I told him off once, and then kicked his ass." Frank laughed. I feel people walk up to us. I look up and see Dustin, Jake, and Kelly walk up to us.

"Hey fag." Jake sneered at Frank.

"Hi slut." Frank replied smirking.

"Shut the fuck up, Iero." Dustin said, then he looked at me, "Who's the new emo."

"Hey Dustin?" Kaine said, taking his attention off of me. "Why don't you go fuck your whore and leave us the hell alone."

"Really, Smith, you want to go there." Dustin said buffing his chest. I nearly choked trying to hold back my laughter at what Kaine did next. He took a big breathe and puffed his chest out to in an obnoxious way, pretending to be him.

"I'm Dustin, and I can kick your ass. Mostly because I have a small dick, and I can prove to you that I can still fight, even with my small ass dick. Also I can get my rich daddy to kick your ass too. I am assuming he has a tiny dick too because he likes to cause fights to show people that a small dick can do anything." Kaine said in a deep voice, but still a mocking one. "Now take your slutty ass back to where you came from."

"You are in for it, Smith." Dustin warned.

"Yeah yeah, I'm shaking." Kaine replies. I look over at Kelly, she was looking at me.

"Hello, what's your name, sexy?" She asked touching my hand, I literally had to resist the urge to flinch.

"Gerard." I replied pulling my hand away. I looked over at Frank with pleading eyes.

"Gerard is gay." Frank said shrugging. Kelly looked down at me and sighed, walking back to where she came from. Dustin and Jake following. Then I started laughing.

"Nice Frank, but I'm not gay. And thank you." I said to Frank.

"okay anyway, as-" We were cut off by the bell. Class is starting now.

After Math I had History, Kaine walked me too the class. I saw two girl s a a guy look over at Kaine and me. He took me over too them. The one girl had one side of her hair purple and the other side black, with a nose piercing. The other girl had black hair and a eyebrow piercing. Then the guy had flippy black hair and gauges with two snake bites. I am assuming that they are Andy, Candy, and Nate. I sit down next too Kaine and behind the girl with the half and half hair.

"Hey guys this is Gerard, he is new and he is going to be sitting with us at lunch, so is his brother." He said, "Gerard this is Nate."

"Hello." the boy waved. I nodded.

"This is Andy, and then that is Candy." Andy have the purple and black hair, and Candy had the black hair.

"Hello." Candy said smiling.

"Hi.' Andy said.

"Hey." I replied.

Do one of you have music next?" He asked the three, Andy said yes and the other two said no.

"You don't mind taking me too music would you?" I asked Andy.

"Of course I don't mind" She replied.

"Thank you." I said to her and we got into a small argument about how Misfits could be better than Blink. I was on Blinks side. We got cut off my the bell and sat and waited for the class to be over.

Once that class was over I was taken to music by Andy. I met two more kids, Ray and Lea. And it was a fun class, I like that teacher Mr. Gaskarth who looked tired beyond belief. He apologized and said he ran out of energy drink this morning. I laughed along and the next class which was English I met Sammy and my brother was in that class. Lea and Kaine were in this class and they said that they already met Mikey. I only had one more class until lunch.

I walked into science class with Frankie, Nate, and Candy. I was hungry and I couldn't wait for it to be over so I can go eat with Frankie's group. The second the ball rang everyone sprung out for lunch. I was with Frankie, holding onto his backpack as we ran through the halls. Once we entered the cafeteria we went to the food line. Everything is free today since it is the first day. I buy a cheeseburger and fries with a Pepsi. Frank gets a salad and fries. Yes makes perfect sense get a salad, and also get greasy fries.

"Frank, why did you get the healthiest food, and the most unhealthy food?" I asked him when we sat down.

"I am a vegetarian. I don't eat meat." He said shrugging taking a bite out of his salad."Animals are too fuckin' cute too eat, so I don't."

"Nice." The rest of the lunch period we talked about me and Mikey and why we moved and such, leaving out about me and my old school issues.

I had the next two classes with Sammy and Candy. I learned that i didn't have any of my new friend in my last class. Yay! Note the sarcasm.

You guys know what happens after that. So I am not going to write it, and if you need some refreshing go to the bottom of the last chapter.

When me and Mikey got home he was grinning at me. "I told you that you had nothing to worry about. They really like us."

"I know, I know. I guess it was just the old schools insecurities coming back." I was bullied badly in my old school and I still have the scars from it.

"Well this isn't the old school, you now have friends who care, and you have me." Mikey said and hugged me. I hugged him back. I pulled away and went down to my basement room, and cried, then I thought of the purple haired girl. I wonder why I didn't see her at all.

Okay, so it is 7 am and I am tired as all hell and I am on my fourth cup of coffee, give me hope.

Okay now it is ten am and I just finish this chapter, I am going to try and update again today. Also can we just talk about frnkiero and The Cellabration new video Joyriding. And Gerard's new song. I am so happy.

Chapter Title is Don't Go by Bring Me The Horizon. I choose this title to kinda get a grasp of Gerard's past.



Also guys I am moving away from my one and only friend, my dad literally, as I am typing, told me we are moving by the end of this month. I literally just want to break down crying. My only friend that it took me twelve years too make, and I am losing her.
