Frank is a wizard, more powerful than the others in the boys' coven.
Frank is hated for what others believe he is and for what he has possibly done.
Gerard moves into the coven and you can probably guess a lot of what happens from then on, though they're both kind of stupid assholes (especially Gerard) that just can't handle each other without ruining everything, so it's not going to be that easy.
