What's life like bleeding on the floor

Gerards pov

"Frankie!" I call him over to sit with me in our usual spot in the cafeteria. But when I see his black eye, bloody lip, tear stained cheeks, and slight limp, I quickly rush over to him and say "Baby what happened?" In a concerned tone.

He just looks up at me and shakes his head. his eyes are vacant and empty. God, it must have been bad what ever it was.

"Frankie, babe, talk to me." He shakes his head again. I let out a frustrated sigh and pull him into an embrace, gently rubbing his back.

"I cant make it better if you dont tell me what happened, hun." He breaks down into tears so i squeeze him once and pull away, leading him to the door.

"Im gonna take you home, kay?" He nods his head in response, giving me a weak and obviously forced smile.

Im so worried about Frank, im gonna fucking kill whoever did this to him. i hear him let out a shuddery breath and I glance down at him, to make sure he's okay.

we reach my front door, and theres no car in the driveway, so moms not home. I fumble with the key for a few seconds, finally getting it unlocked.

I lead Frankie inside to the couch and sit him down."Frankie, gun, I need you to tell me what happened." He let's out a couple of shaky breaths.

"He r-ra-aped me..." he whispers his voice cracking. No that is not what he just said. I must have heard wrong.

"what? I didn't hear you, hun." "HE FUCKING RAPED ME, OKAY! JOSH BEAT ME UP, DRAGGED ME OUTSIDE AND RAPED ME!" He yells.

He breaks down in sobs once again, me just sitting there in shock. I hugged him tight, i was so mad! How could Josh do this! I new he was an ass hole, but this!

"Sshhh, its gonna be okay, ill never let him hurt you again." "Promise youll never leave me?" I hear frankies small voice whisper.

"Of course not! I would never leave you!" He smiles halfheartedly and presses his face into the crook of my neck.

"i love you Frank iero" i said, surprising myself. I hear a small snore and look down, realizing he was asleep.

i laid him down and grabbed a blanket, crawling onto the couch with him and covering us both.
