He hangs around with the wanna be "punk rock" kids, though he never involved himself with their modo of 'drinks and drugs'. He is pretty happy with his boring life except for someone who is constantly making him feel like shit...his father.

Donald Way used to be a committed and adored dad to his two sons Gerard and Mikey. But when the boys were 12 and 15, Don found out his wife Donna had been having an affair with the family dentist for nearly 2 years. Slowly, the monster was unleashed as Don, the once amazing and fun father, turned into an abusive beast, taking all of his pinned up anger out on his family. But then one day, he up and left, leaving his wife and two children alone, never to be seen or heard from again.
