what did I do?
*Frank's POV*
Up until now, I was literally counting down the seconds until Friday. It was exciting, Gerard was going to be in a band with me. Mikey, the one who called me, was calling and texting me frequently. I had gotten his address and was on my way over there at the moment. When I got to what I assumed was the right house I knocked on the front door and a familiar red head stood there, smiling at me.
"You're already here!" I exclaimed.
"Uh yeah...I live here," Gerard replied. My cheeks turned a bright red to match Gerard's hair.
"Oh, so you're Mikey's brother," I stated and Gerard nodded.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me into his house and pointed to where Mikey was sitting on the couch. He told me not to bring an instrument yet as today it was just going to be a band meeting. Gerard just pulled me past Mikey and down a hallway.
"Oh hello Gerard, who is this?" Someone who I guessed was his mom questioned.
"Mom, this is Frank, the guy I told you about," Gerard replied.
"Does she know?" I whispered quietly
Gerard nodded and we both said goodbye to his mom before walking back over to where Mikey was. In the short time that we were gone, two other guys had shown up. One introduced himself as Bob and the other as Ray.
Basically all we did was talked and got to know each other. We didn't even talk about the band half the time. At around 9:00 I said my goodbyes to everyone and started walking home.
I didn't show up for school until noon on Monday as I slept in too late. My mom leaves for work at six in the morning so I am left to wake up on my own.
That day I literally ran to school and shoved everything in my locker, hoping not to be late for class but it was already lunch so I didn't have any worries.
I grabbed my lunch from the extremely crowded cafeteria and looked for the mess of bright red hair indicating my boyfriend but I didn't see him anywhere. He probably was at the courtyards outside so I took a step outside and started walking towards the courtyards until I saw Gerard run up to me. I smiled and waved at him and he had a blank look on his face.
"WHAT THE FUCK! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!" Gerard yelled and kicked me in the shin before storming off.
