Long Time, No See **ON HOLD**

*Gerard's pov

I woke up in a familiar room. I've seen it somewhere before but couldn't quite put a name to it. That is until I turned over and saw messy black hair and a strong arm wrapped around my torso. My head pulsated, half from the hangover, half from the realization of that I did last night. I watched as the light danced over Bert's face and he slept gracefully. He looked so beautiful when he slept. So peaceful. But then again, looks can be deceiving.
His nose scrunched up as he began to wake, his eyes fluttering open. He pulled me in tighter and kissed my cheek. "Good morning beautiful," he spoke lazily. That's the thing about Bert. One second he's tearing me apart, the next he's worshiping the ground I walk on.
"B-Bert, we need to talk," I started. "Last night was a mistake. I love you but I don't think I can do this anymore"
"Gee, please baby. I know I fucked up. Bad. But I really love you. I was wasted and i made a mistake plea-"
"Bert, I understand it was a mistake but do you realize how bad that hurt me?! It still fucking aches," I shouted. I started to get up but he grabbed my arm lightly. "Gee, stay," he pleaded. I continued to leave when he gripped my arm tighter. I saw something switch in him. His eyes went dark,
"That wasn't a fucking question," he spat. I looked at him with scared eyes. "B-Bert please," i nearly whispered, as I slowly backed away and out of the bed. He darted toward me and I grabbed my clothes and ran. Bert was close behind me, but I sprinted out the door. I ran down the stairs and felt Bert's fingers glide against my neck and I broke into a full sprint out the gate. Hunching over and trying to catch my breath, I starred at Bert.
"You can't run forever! You're still mine," he shouted from the bottom of the concrete stairs.
His words rang in my head as I dressed behind a bunch of trees and bushes. He was right. I can't run forever. I guess that's what I had been doing so far, but look where that got me. I couldn't just stay in one place. Maybe I was too emotional, or maybe the world was just too cruel, but I couldn't seem to stay in place. I started to walk, not to a certain destination though. Just walking until I found myself somewhere suitable.
Headlights rushed past me as I walked down the dangerous streets of jersey. It was in broad daylight, but still. I was raised to stay on edge at all times. Even in the day these streets where littered with druggies, muggers, gangs, and just plain monsters with no good intentions. Just in the past 10 minutes I was stopped twice and asked "how much I charge". Fucking pigs.
I continued walking until I found myself at 7-11. Once inside I glanced at my options and decided on a red bull. I searched my pockets and realized I left my wallet at Bert's place. Fuck. There was no telling how long I'd be out and there's no way in hell I'm going back to Bert's. I shoved the drink into my hoodie, along with a bag of chips and casually walked out. "Hey wait! Someone stop him!" The cashier yelled. Everyone in the store turned to me and I froze. Frank fucking Iero was at the counter. I tried to hide but I already fucked myself over and decided to come out.
"Gerard," he gasped. "Please tell me you weren't..." He stopped as I pulled out the objects from my hoodie. He cursed under his breath and I stared at the ground, tasting defeat.
"Sir, I'll pay for his stuff, you don't have to worry," he toldthe cashier who just nodded and rang up the items. Frank help my stuff behind him and looked me dead in the eyes. "Get in the car."
