Chapter 8
Gerard’s P.O.V
I can’t believe I have her back. I vow I will not mess this up is all I can think. I hold her close to me as we watch the final Friday the 13th and as it ends Lizzie and Mikey are fast asleep; I watch Rach as she places the blanket over them gently like a mother putting her infant child to sleep and she kisses both of their heads. It’s the sweetest thing I think I have ever seen in my life. I get up and wrap my arms around her waist and she instantly brings her finger to her lips for eternal sign of shut the fuck up or at least in my mind. She lovingly grabs my hand and leads me up stairs to my bed room where she takes off her skirt and grabs something off my floor and runs to the bathroom. I’m left there scratching my head like WTF. After a few more minutes she busts out of the bathroom “CARROT ONSIE”. She then busts into this hysterical dance as she dances she sings out “CARROT ONSIE, CARROT CARROT ONSIE, CARROT ONSIE, CARROT CARROT ONSIE”. And I start dying like I can’t even breathe. And then she looks at me with the most love filled eyes. I slowly walk over to her caressing her cheek pulling her into the most passionate kiss I think I have ever given to her and I feel her smile against my lip. And before I even know what I’m doing I start singing I’ll Remember you by G-Eazy : I will remember you
She got her
Own crib with a
Twin bed and was
Hollywood, she
Uptown and she
Danced to her
Favorite song and
Sing along when no one's around
I will remember you
As I look dead into her eyes and I see the smile creeping a crossed her face. And I go to unzip her onsie and she stops me “Baby don’t please”. And I get this confused look “why baby?” She looks away blushing “T.O.M is visiting”. I got this befuddled look on my face “what baby?” And she got this like shy blush on her face that I think is the cutest thing ever “T.O.M Baby you know Time of Month”. And I get all wide eyed god damn it periods ruin everything so I decide to have a little fun “ Periods don’t stop nothing but a sentence baby girl” and I wink and I see the shiver go down her spine and all she can muster up is “ DON’T DO THAT”. I laugh that sexy laugh that I know drives her wild. “What baby? You no likey?” with my infamous shit eater grin. She hugs me tight “can we just cuddle or you hold me?” I nod to her as I take off my shirt and take off my jeans so I’m just in my boxer. I crawl into bed and lay there with my hands behind my head and I look at her looking so adorable in my carrot onsie. And she scurries up onto the bed and she lays her head on my chest. I wrap my arms around her tightly. “So how are we going to tell Frankie?” and honestly I have no idea. But if it shows her that I am here, and completely hers then that is what I will do. Because honestly this is all I need is her just like she is and Mikey safe. So I take a deep breath “Don’t worry about that right now my love”. A few moments later she is snuggled deep into my chest and dead asleep. So I lay there wide awake thinking about everything. And there I lay staring at my ceiling till sleep kicks in.
