Irrelevance
Once we’d finished the pizza and the movie was over we slouched down on Gerard’s bed and just talked for a while about irrelevant things like favourite bands and school. I checked the time, remembering that my mum was expecting me back soon.
"I have to go." I explained to him and he gave me a small smile of acknowledgement. I sat up properly and Gerard did the same while I rooted around for my phone.
Once I had collected my things and we had reached the front door I spoke again. “This was good, I haven’t done this for a long time.” I talked as I stepped out of the doorway,
"Well, we can do it again, maybe, next week? I mean only if you want to of course, oh god I’m rambling again I’m sorry." I smiled at Gerard reassuringly.
"I’d like that, goodbye Gerard. I’ll see you around next week." I turned to walk away after Gerard had said his goodbye back but I turned on my heel, changing my mind. "Actually, you know what. Give me your phone for a sec."
Gerard looked confused for a moment but he fished it out of his pocket and handed it to me anyway. I opened up his contact list and added my number under "Frankie" before giving it back to him. "Text me."
"I will. Also one more thing." He leant forward and hugged me tightly. "Thank you." He said into my shoulder."
"What for" I asked him quietly.
"I’m not sure yet." He left it at that before pulling away and letting me get home.
Notes
This is just a quick chapter so I can move on, I'm writing every chance I get. I have two chapters planned out already, a normal one in franks pov and one in gerards.
Feedback is awesome and so are you guys. Don't spend too long in the sun and don't swallow your chewing gum.
Love the story now but I'll love the re-write too I'm sure. If u like it more, you're more likely to work on it more. ;)
