The Bet (Frerard)

Frank's POV

Sunday was uneventful.

Dad had to get up and six and work until five so I was at home for that portion of the day. Then he took me to a diner, well the diner Gerard and I went to so I had a smile on my face the whole time. After that we went home and he crashed.

It's Monday and my Mom picked me up from my Father's because I left my bag. I got ready at my Dad's so now all I need to do is get my bag and leave. My Mom kisses my head and rushes to her car and I get into the passenger seat. She eats her croissant, making it a quiet ride to school.

Before I know it, we're at school and my Mother zooms away, not wanting to be late for work. I sigh and walk to my locker, avoiding insults on the way.

I get my books that I need for my first four classes and slam my locker shut. I'm scared out of my pants because there is Gerard leaning in for a peck on the lips, and I accept missing his lips.

"Hi babe, how was your day yesterday?" He asks slipping his arm around my waist.

"It was fine. I missed you though..." I smile.

"Aww, bunny I missed you too." He says and pecksy lips again.

"Bunny?" I chuckle.

"What? Do you not like it?" He asks, sounding a bit disapointed, worried and his smile disappears.

"Of course I do! It's just new." I say and wrap my arms around his neck and lean on for a kiss. He puts his hands on my hips and closes the space between us.

Although it doesn't last too long because I hear laughing and Gerard breaks the kiss to look to his left. I do the same an there are the boys who were at Gerard's house yesterday.

"Having fun Gerard?" The one with the curly hair chuckles.

"Fuck off!" Gerard says and I can see his teeth clench through his closed mouth. They laugh and walk into a room and the bell rings.

Gerard sigh and talks. "I'll see you at lunch, alright?" I nod and he smiles and quickly kisses me, going into the room that they other guys just walked in. I turn and head to my first class.

I rush to lunch, excited about seeing Gerard. I quickly get a salad and sit my table. I pour the Italian dressing and begin to eat. By the time most of the students walk through the door I'm halfway done, and Gerard usually comes a bit later with his friends.

I swallow the last price of lettuce I have and quickly suck on a mint before throwing my trash away. When I get back Gerard is sitting next to where I was sitting. He sees me and his eyes light up. I sit and and he wrap his arm around my waist bringing my hips to his.

"I missed you in class today." He says, brushing a piece of hair out of my eyes.

"I missed you too." I say and he smiles. Suddenly a group of jumpy girls surround us, sitting around Gerard, pushing me out of the way and causing me to fall flat on my butt on the floor.

"Frank!" Gerard yelps, pushing some blonde out of the way and he rushes and helps me up. I smile and he smiles, knowing I'm alright. We sit down an the girls around us have their bottom jaws hanging.

"What?" Gerard growls.

"What are you doing here?" A large breasted brunette hisses at me.

"I-uhh..." I start but Gerard cuts in.

"What are you doing here?! I came and say next to Frank because I wanted to, and obviously your all making him uncomfortable so I'm going to have to ask you all to leave." Gerard says in an oddly peaceful tone, but none of them move a muscle.

"Get out of here! All of you!" He growls and they all scurry away. Gerard sigh and looks back at me with a smile.

"G-Gee?" I ask.

"Yes, bunny?"

"Did you know those girls?"

"No, they were some random bitches that just wanted to get in my pants." He says and stands up.

"Let's go outside, yeah?" He says and I nod. He takes my hand and leads me outside to where he kissed me yesterday. We sit down and he brings out his sketchbook and opens it to another page. He smiles and shows it to me and my eyes light up.

He drew me again, but this timeI'm smiling and my eyes are closed. God, he has such an amazing talent.

"Oh Gee! It's so beautiful!" I cheer and throw my arms around his neck.

"I thought you would like it!" He smiles and pecks my lips. We sit there until lunch finishes just talking and occasionally sharing a kiss or two. He has the rest of the Hellboy comics at his house so he said the next time I come over, we can read it together. I'm about to ask him if I could go over his house today, but the bell interupts me.

Gerard stands up without using his hands and helps me up, kissing me genty when I'm on my feet.

"You wanna come over mine today?" He purrs into my ear.

"Of course! I would love too!" I say, and kiss him quickly before he chuckles and we part ways to go to our classes.

Those classes take forever and I get laughed at whenever I get called on because they all think I'm going to say Gerard's name again. The only nice person is Mikey. I get to see him after school, so that's cool.

The day finishes rather quickly so I'm happy about that. I don't see Gerard anywhere and when I check my phone I see he texted me.

Gee: I ran home with Mikey... He wasn't feeling well, should I come and get you?

Me: no it's fine, take care of Mikey. I can walk. Are you sure I should come over today?

Gee: yeah! It's fine, Mikey's almost asleep and he will probably crash for the night. My parents will be home though...

Me: alright... I'll be there soon! :)

Gee: be safe, I'll see you in a bit

I put my phone away and walk all the way to Gerard's house, stopping at my house to grab more mints. I eat two in the remaining time. When I get to Gerard's house I knock on the door, not wanting to ring the doorbell and wake up Mikey.

"I'll get it!" I hear Gerard yell from the inside and in a couple more seconds my boyfriend stands before me and kisses me quickly. "Come on in babe!" He says cheerfully, which makes me smile even more than I already am. When I'm in the house he closes the door and helps me remove my jacket.

"Thanks, Gee." I say, giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"Your welcome bunny." He replies and kisses me again. "Come here, I want you to meet my mother." He says and drags me to the kitchen.

Suddenly I feel nervous. Meeting his mother? What if she doesn't like me?

"Mom, this is Frank... My boyfriend." Gerard says snapping me out of my thoughts. I look at the table and see two people. Odds are they are his Mother and Father. But right after Gerard finished, his dad spits coffee all over the table. On the other hand, his mother comes over to me.

"Hi, I'm Donna. Gerard hasn't told me about you yet, but he said he met a great guy named Frank." He says and smiles. I smile back and she hugs me.

"Aww, Gerard! He's so cute!" She squeals and feel myself blush.

"Gerard, what the hell are you talking about?!" His Father yells as he emerges from the table and slams his reading material on the table.

"Don... Relax!" Donna says and rushes over to his Dad and whispers to him.

"Come on Frank, let's go to my room." Gerard says taking my hand and leading me out of the kitchen.

We hang out for the rest if the day until my Mom calls and want me to come home. We kissed a bit, but mostly read and talked about comic books. We focused on the Hellboy ones because they are one of Gerard's favorites. He also mentioned toward the end of the conversations that when he was younger he wanted to be a comic book writer, but now he's debating in what he'll do in the future.

Gee drives me home, and gives me a goodnight kiss. He also waits until I get into the house before he leaves, because he told me he wanted me to be safe. I think Gerard is one of the best things that ever happened to me. He's just so understanding and polite to me. He's very nice, and did I mention that he is an amazing cook?

"Frank honey, where were you today?" My mom asks me concerned, emerging from the kitchen.

"I was at Gerard's. I'm sorry for not calling or texting you to let you know." I mutter feeling guilty.

"It's alright sweetheart, just let me know next time alright?" She asks and I nod. She comes and hugs me and while she is petting my hair she tell me more.

"I would like to meet Gerard."

"Oh... Maybe he'll come over tomorrow, and then you can meet him."

"Sounds good." She says and kisses me on the forehead before going back into the kitchen.

I rush upstairs and take another shower because every day I would like to smell nice for Gerard.

It doesn't take too long, and after that I get dressed in the same pajamas as last night and before I'm about to brush my teeth, my mom knocks on my door. I tell her to come in and she has a warm, delicious smelling bowl of Mac n' Cheese in her hands.

"I made this for you, just in case Gerard didn't make you dinner." She says and at that moment my stomach growls and she laughs a bit. Gerard and I had some soup he made after we got to his house, but that was around five hours ago, and plus, I'm not one to turn down mac n' cheese.

I take the bowl and kiss her on the cheek, thank her and he walks downstairs. I sit on my bed and feast on the delicious, cheesy shells. My phone beeps and I check it really fast, holding the spoon in my mouth.

Gee: night bunny <3

I smile and text him back.

Me: Goodnight Gee, I'll see you tomorrow :3

Gee: I can't wait...

I put my phone down and charge it before I finish bowl. I take it downstairs and grab a bottle of water as well. I brush my teeth and finish some homework before I let out a large yawn. I finish the last question and I turn off my lamp, and take a large sip from the bottle.

I get under the covers and snuggle with them and my pillow. I think of Gerard really quickly. He and I didn't have a relationship that revolved around sex, or kissing. Yes, we kissed a lot but even if we were to be friends, we would be great friends. We have the same interest and he's very nice to be around. Sometimes I wish that I wouldn't be such a puss, and just have sex with him but I wasn't ready and I didn't want to rush it. I also didn't want to say I love you yet. I'm well aware that I am in the process of falling in love but I wasn't there. Or as I like to say it, the bottom of the cliff. I'm falling and hopefully Gerard will be at the bottom ready to catch me.

No, but seriously.... I am so very sorry that I made you al wait so long for a simple update.....
I don't really have a good excuse though.

I have had this chapter written for about 15 days and never posted it. I had horrible writers block, and I just lost inspiration. I also just started 8th grade (I think none of you pictured me to be 13..... but I am and I write gay smut :3 HELL YEAH!) I'm also in a high school level math class while I am still in middle school, so I am working on homework for like 3 hours everyday.... There was also a point where I had more than 70 alerts, so I had to read like 200 chapters of Frerard (not that I'm complaining) but I'm still not done

BUT THEN!!!!!!!

Two things happened actually.

First thing was you guys.... I love you guys SOOOOO MUCH! If you look at the comments (before I updated, and while the break was going on) You guys left comments begging me to update, and I really appreciate that you guys like my story, and some of you even asked if I was alright and that made me super happy.
