Gerard's P.O.V

I woke up so someone repeating my name softly in my ear. I opened my eyes to see my vision had cleared and my hearing was back to normal, I just had a massive headache.
'' Gee...babe....Gerard, wake up baby...'' I heard the person say. I looked over to see Frank bobbed down at the side of my bed, holding my hand and staring intently at me.
'' Mmhh, '' I groaned when I tried to turn around but my head throbbed and spun a little.
'' Baby, stay still, '' Frank instructed.
'' Frankie...'' I started.
'' Babe what is it? '' he asked.
'' Head hurts, lots, '' was all I managed to say because I was in pain.
'' Awwh babe, stay still, there's a doctor coming to visit, he should be here any minute, ''Frank said softly to me.
'' I don't want a doctor, '' I protested.
'' Tough luck, you've got one. When you passed out Jason let go of you and you fell to the floor and hit your head hard. The guards came just that second and took Jason, Danny and Wayne away and called a doctor while I lifted you onto the bed, '' Frank explained, '' you've been out cold for half an hour now, '' he added. I just groaned in response knowing I'd have to see a doctor.
''Frankie...'' I murmured softly.
''What is it babe? '' he repiled, leaning over so I could see his face, rather than me turning over and hurting my head again.
'' I just...I love you, and please believe me I don't love Jason I really don't he forces it-''
'' Shush Gee I know, I know. I believe you, I never doubted your love for me, I really didn't. I know he forces it, baby I know...I'm just sorry it has to happen to you...'' Frank trailed off before cupping my cheeks in his free hand and stroking them softly and lovingly.
'' Mr. Gerard Way? '' I heard an unfarmiliar voice question from the door of our cell. Frank turned around and greeted the person and let them in. When he came into sight I realised it was the doctor.
'' Now, I need to check your head. This could be serious, you know. You may have a concussion. '' the doctor informed me. Great, fucking great. That shit's all I need at the moment.
'' Can...can Frankie stay with me...?'' I asked quietly.
'' Well...'' the doctor started, obviously trying to say no.
'' Please, I'm scared, I've always been scared of doctors, no offence, but please? '' I said. That was a little lie actually, I haven't always been scared of doctors, but I was scared now and I needed Frank beside me to hold my hand. The doctor sighed before finally agreeing and letting Frank stay. He crouched beside the bed and held my hand tight as the doctor did some random tests and shit to check my head and it took ages but it turned out I didn't have a concussion, luckily, just a big-ass headache.
'' You'll need to take painkillers, as far as I know they will be given to you when you get each meal. They're strong, so they should only need to be taken for a day or two, '' the doctor said before he left. We said goodbye and then we were all alone in our cell.

Frank's P.O.V
'' Here, take these and take a long drink too, '' I said, handing Gerard his first lot of pills and a glass of water to wash them down. He thanked me and as soon as he'd finnished we left the canteen and headed into the social room for our one hour free time.
'' Help me, please Frank, '' Gerard said as we reached a couch in the corner. I grabbed his hips and helped him lower down onto the couch slowly so his head didn't start hurting again. I heard a wolf-whistle come from the entrance and when I looked over my shoulder it was none other than that fuck Jason. We ignored him and sat down, pretending we didn't hear. I reached over and held Gerard's hand as we sat and talked about random shit for a while until the our passed and we had to go back to our cell.
The rest of the day passed uneventfully and quickly, the two of us just relaxing for a change until it was eleven and we were told to go to sleep.
'' Night babe, '' I called over from under my covers.
'' Frankie...'' Gerard whimpered from his bed.
'' Babe? '' I asked, not really sure what to do or say.
'' Sleep with me, please Frankie? '' Gerard asked and I didn't even think, I just flung the covers off me and almost ran across the room to Gerard's bed and I slipped under the covers with him.
'' I love you Gee, '' I smiled and wrapped my arms around his waist, pulling him closer and hugging him tight.
'' I love you too Frankie, '' Gerard said with a yawn before adding, '' I'm tired. ''
'' I'll bet you are, too, '' I replied, regarding the buisy day we'd had, '' go to sleep beautiful. ''
'' Okay, night night Frankie, I love you baby, '' Gerard whispered.
'' I love you too sweetie, night night have a good sleep babe, '' I whispered back before we both drifted off to sleep.
