"What are you looking at? Huh? What? Are you scared, little girl, are you scared of my knife? Good, cuz tonight, I want to hear you scream! Come on, little girl. SCREAM!!!!" I was yelling at the tree and sticking it with my blade
After Mom left, I went outside to practice stabbing Mikey, even though I probably won't ever have the guts to do
"What are you doing?" asked a girl's voice
I jumped about five feet in the air and turned around as quickly as possible. It was the girl from earlier, her grey eyes were wide as she saw me jump
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" she whispered
"No, it's okay, I was just being stupid, nothing really important"
"It seems important to you, are you planning to kill someone?"
"I uh-um.... Y-Yes, how did y-you kno-know?"
"It was more of a lucky guess"
We stood in silence, I noticed she still wasn't wearing any shoes, I didn't say a word but she noticed I was looking at her and asked what I was doing.
"Aren't you cold? I mean your feet gotta be freezing"
"I don't really get cold"
"Oh, that's cool"
Again, it was silent, I walked over to the jungle gym and she followed me very silently, almost like a ghost
"So.... What's your name?" I asked rubbing my hands together
"My name is Sally Sykes, you?"
"I'm Frank Iero"
She smiled, I really liked her smile, it was very warm and kind, unlike her feet. All of a sudden her smile dropped and her eyes lost their happy sparkle.
"We can't be friends"
"Wait, why not?"
"It's the way it has to be, Frank, I'm sorry, I just don't want to hurt you"
"I don't care Sally"
She turned her head, with her grey eyes as wide as tennis balls and her mouth opened
"Everyone who I love has hurt me at one point, adding you to that will be a minor factor in our, hopefully everlasting, friendship"
Sally smiled again and then she started to giggle, she had one of those really cute, little girl giggles. I asked her why she was giggling and she told me something rather strange
"You're a really freaky kid, you know that, right?"
"I think I am"
she started full on laughing, and boy was her laughter contagious, I was laughing real hard along with her, up until I smelt something nasty, when I realized it was her, I told her.
"Hey Sally, this is going to sound mean, but you smell like a dead person"
She lifted her hand to her nose, taking a big sniff, before getting ghostly pale.
"I need to go, right now"
"Is it something I said?"
She growled something unknown to my ears, before quickly covering her mouth. Sally ran away, quickly towards her flat, I yawned and went towards mine. I'm pretty sure I made a new friend
***************************SALLY'S POV***************************
I was rushing into my new flat, I felt her teeth from underneath my lips and hand. I quickly unlocked the door and pushed myself inside
"Oliver! Where are the sedatives?" I/She yelled
Ollie walked out from his bedroom, holding a kitchen knife that was covered in blood, as I could smell it from the door I could tell it was his.
"Ollie, please, where are the sedatives?"
"We ran out, I was planning to get more tomorrow" he said sitting down on the living chair. I roared with more animal ferocity and ran at him, grabbing him by his tattooed neck.
"You BASTARD!!! You know I need it tonight! She comes out on the Full Moon and the New Moon!!" She was coming out more and more by every second
"You need to feed her, if you don't, she'll come out at random, and hurt some innocent person or me" he whispered the last part
He lifted his right sleeve, revealing the scars that She gave him only two weeks ago, I hated Her, why couldn't she just go away? I let go of Ollie and started crying, I saw black fur growing on my hands and long black nails growing from my fingertips. Ollie pulled me close and hugged me, I shoved him off, I didn't want his consoling, he was forcing me to let Her out. The muzzle was growing and the black fur was coveting me entirely until there was no skin. I ran towards the window and jumped out, moving as fast as lightning towards a bridge, that's when she came out
"So Sally, what's the plan for food tonight?" Her raspy voice came out as she turned us more into the form of a stray dog instead of a mutant wolf
"Depends if you want to play with a man's emotions tonight" I whispered as my ears picked up the sound of heavy breathing and feet hitting the cement
"Sounds fun" She rasped
Soon enough, we adjusted ourselves to look in pain when the man came towards the bridge. I took my cue and started crying out in pain. It caused Her to laugh her stupid little head off as the poor guy came close
"Aww, poor guy, come on let's get you to the vet" said the man out loud
She was getting real excited as he lifted us into a bridal style holding position.
"Now?" Her raspy voice asked like an impatient child
"Yes"
I closed my eyes as She ripped her teeth through his tiny throat, almost instantly silencing him. I listened as She tore through his skin into his muscle, Her lapping up the blood as it dripped to the concrete and still chewing away at the man's organs. Soon, nothing but bone was left, She even ate the bone marrow, all of it gone, except for the bones.
"Wanna have one more go around?" She asked
"Fine"
