I dropped the towel and started rooting around in my bag for some clean underwear, then put them on once I'd found some, along with my black tight skinny jeans. I picked up the bag with the shirt in and took it out, then off it's hanger, and slipped it on. Gerard had left the room by now, and his towel was on the floor so he was presumably already dressed, but I hadn't been paying attention to him so I had no idea. I buttoned up the shirt and examined myself in the bathroom mirror before walking out of the bedroom to find Gerard in the kitchen, pouring himself a glass of water with just his underwear on.
'' Gerard! '' I exclaimed, '' I thought you were dressed already? ''
He chuckled and took a sip of his drink before saying, '' I am, I'm going like this.''
I rolled my eyes at his sarcasm before chuckling and telling him to get ready. Gerard put his glass down and walked into the bedroom, saying, '' we're setting off in about five minutes.'' I replied with a simple ''okay'' before grabbing Gerard's glass and taking a drink and then setting it back down again and taking my phone out of my pocket, looking in the screen to make sure my hair looked okay.
I smiled when Gerard walked out in black skinny jeans like mine and a dark grey shirt, with a black tie.
'' Ready to go? '' he asked.
'' Yeah! '' I replied with a grin. Gerard grabbed his wallet and phone, then went to get his coat. I followed him to the door and pulled on my new coat then Gerard unlocked the door, checked around to make sure nobody was around, and slipped his hand into mine as we headed to the car to drive to the restaurant.
