So Young So Damaged

"FRANK!" I screamed. Wow way to be really blunt and really rude dude. "What?! Shes hot dude!" Frank threw his arms in the air in surrender. "Still! You cant just ask people that!" I exclaimed whilst making a bunch of elaborate hand movements. He just shrugged it off though and just ran upstairs. I turned to Ember and she was just sitting there giggling.

"I am so sorry. Frank sometimes doesn't know when to shut his mouth." I apologized with a chuckle.

"It's fine, he's cute." She giggled. I swear i felt a pang of jealousy just then.

"soooooooo what do you maybe want for dinner?" I asked.

"ummmm pizza?" She shrugged.

"sounds like a plan. What kind do you want?"

"Veggie pizza? I'm kinda a vegetarian." She mumbled.

"oh cool, you and Frank can share one then." I chuckled.

I picked up the phone and called the pizza place and ordered a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Once the order was placed Ember and I decided on watching a movie, we ended up picking the movie "you're next". We waited until the pizza arrived before starting the movie. We sat on the huge 'L' shaped couch, cuddling and eating pizza. I couldn't contain my laughter when she started laughing because some chick tried running out the door but got her throat slit by razor wire. It was actually pretty hilarious.

Once the movie finnished we started watching the Lord Of The Rings series. We got about ad quarter of the way through the second one when I realized she had fallen asleep on my chest. Her little hands were balled into the fabric of my shirt, and it was so fucking cute. I could resist, i lightly kissed her forehead then got up and walked to the back porch. I pulled out my cigarettes and lit one up. I took a drag of the toxic fumed and slowly released it from my lungs.

I looked up into the familiar night time skies and let out a deep sigh. I couldn't help but think to myself, 'how did I get so damn lucky?'
I was snapped out of my trance by a voice right next to me, "you like her dont you?" It startled me but i soon realized it was Frank.
"*sighs* yeah I think so dude." I sighed out. I felt a slight blush creep its way onto my cheeks do to admitting my affections towards Em.

"you should tell her. You guys would make the cutest couple ever." Frank stated, resting his hand on my shoulder. "i can't though Frank." I mumbled. "Why not?" He pushed. I took a deep breath before speaking, "she's my student." He just let out a dry chuckle. "Who gives a shit?" He scoffs. Is he serious?! My boss cares!! " Frank! I could be arrested!" I whisper shouted. "So what? Life is love, it's unconditional." He cooed. I couldn't listen to him anymore, so i flicked my cigarette butt and walked back inside. I noticed Ember still asleep on the couch so i picked her up and carried her to my room. I placed her under the blankets, then took my shirt off, sliding in next to her warm body.

I repeated Frank's words in my head until i fell asleep.

"love is love, its unconditional."
