If Lies Could Speak The Truth Then You'd Know Me

I stirred awake, remembering my dream/flashback. I turned over to Gee to see if he was still sleeping, he was. I slightly nudged him as I got out of bed. I pulled my legs over the side of the bed, tingles going through them as the numbness wore off. "Hey." He said whilst smiling up at me. "Hi." I mumbled back. "Gerard. What am I going to do when the baby is born?" I asked, fear suddenly washing over me. This is the first time I've been actually scared, all of the other times, I was just shocked.

He sat up from his previous position and propped himself up on a single elbow. "I honestly don't know. We will definitely help you out with buying everything it needs. We aren't gonna let you be a single mother, you'll have us." He said as he lay back down. "Thanks Gee, but I don't want to be a complete burden" I said with my head hanging low. "You aren't a burden, what makes you think that, we absolutely love having you here." He rushed his words as if they had true meaning. "I like being here too, but I just feel like a burden on you when you have to pay to feed me and all." I started. "And when the baby is born, you'll have to feed another mouth." I continued.

Just then I felt a grumble in my stomach. It was the most pain I've had in a long time, it also felt a whole lot worse than period pain. Gerard laughed before seeing my pained expression. "Are you okay?" He asked, genuine concern in his voice. "I don't know. It feels as if I've just been repeaditively kicked in the uterus." I mumbled, clutching onto my region. He let out a small giggle and cleared his throat before talking. "Do you want to go to the doctor?" He asked. "Yeah, that's a good idea." I said through clenched teeth.

We rushed past his bedroom door and through the front door. I think I heard Mikey say something, but I was in too much pain. He ran out after us and jumped into the car with us. "What's happening?!" Mikey exclaimed. "I'm having pregnancy pains!" I yelled back. "Okay. Are we going to the hospital?" He asked. "Yeah, we need to get there so hurry up and close the fucking door!" I yelled a reply. He got my point and slammed it shut. We sped off for the hospital and arrived a few minutes later. Gerard helped me out of the car and Mikey helped me to walk into the main office. "How can I help you?" The overly cheery nurse said. "I'm pregnant, and it feels like I'm having the fucking thing right now!" I exclaim, with sweat dripping into my eye. Wait, I didn't know I was sweating.

I sat down on the hard furniture for a few minutes, waiting for the doctor to call me in. I fumbled with the hem of my shirt and the doctor soon came into view. He called my name and pulled me into his slightly claustrophobic room. He took a few tests on me and came back with the results a little while later. "First, i need to ask a question." He started. "Go for your life." I replied. "Do you know who the father is? If so, who is it?" He asked. "The father is my dad. He raped me and this is the aftermath." I explained. "That answers a lot of my questions." He said. What questions?
