Everything Will Be OK

*** Taylor's POV ***
"What kind of price...?" I ask, my lips quivering. I was nervous, I had no idea who was on the other side of the phone, and where Gerard was. "I'm in need of some... money" he says in a raspy voice, causing me to shiver. Damn it. I knew he was going to bring up money. Money I didn't have. "How much?" I ask, crossing my fingers it wasn't a big amount. "$50,000" he says confidently over the line. I groaned. 50 fucking thousand dollars. "I don't.. I don't have that type of cash". "Well then I guess you won't get to see your friend again " he says, chuckling. " What the fuck have you done to Gerard?" I yell over the line. Mikey looked at me, a confused expression crossing his face. I knew he was worried, but I couldn't deal with him right now. I needed to know where Gerard was. "Maybe we could discuss about this.. somewhere in private " he says creepily. "I-- uh, when.. where?" I rub the back of my neck. "Tonight... at 9pm. Be there, or bad things will happen to your friend" he says. "What!?" I yell, but the line goes dead. Tears spring from my eyes, Gerard was in danger, and unless I didn't talk to.. to this person Gerard could be seriously in trouble.

"So.. tell me exactly what you have to do to find out where Gerard is?" Mikey asks. He sits on my bed, as I get ready to meet this mysterious person. "I don't know. They're asking for a lot of money in return of where Gerard is. I don't have that type of cash Mikey, and even if I did they could be screwing me over" I say, brushing my hair. "So.. they want to talk to you?" Mikey says, still a little bit confused. "Yeah..". "Maybe I should go with you...they might be dangerous Taylor. Seems a little sketchy to me" Mikey replies. "No Mikey. They said they wanted it to be in private. This is our only chance of getting Gerard" I say, pulling on my jacket. Mikey cups the side of my face with his palm, rubbing my cheek. He then leans in for a hug, and I hear his muffled cries in my hair. "I miss him so much Taylor.. he's all I got left" he mumbles. "I know Mikey. We're gonna get him back" I say.

*** Brooke's P.O.V ***
I drove up to the building. I hauled out the groceries in my arms, walking inside. Nathan needed groceries for some reason, said he was running low on food. He wouldn't tell me why though, which confused me. God, why didn't he get his own damn groceries? He said he wanted me to give them to him personally, but I didn't have time to meet up, so I had to drop them off. I lean the groceries on my shoulder, pulling out the key, sliding the door open. I walk into the kitchen, setting the bags of food on the counter. I walk back out, and see a man tied up in a chair, naked with puke all over him. He looked bony, pale and sweaty. His head drooped, his raven black hair sweep across his face. Was that... Gerard? I screamed at the top of my lungs, waking up Gerard causing him to look at me, his eyes bulging, him struggling in his seat. I felt so dizzy and confused. Suddenly I run into something and fall to the ground, blacking out.
