Welcome to the Black Parade

*Jades POV*

This is it. Time to meet the 'Mama' of this place. Mother War.

Most people would normally tell me to relax? But no not Gerard... He seems to be enjoying my pain... Asshole. Kiddin' he's alright really.

Gerard looked at me and spoke, "I honestly don't understand why you're shitting yourself so much about meeting mother war? she's nice once you get to know her... let's just say she's um.."

"scary?" I announce.

"Scary? I wouldn't say that... Probably more over protective? She lost her husband... well technically he lost her... he's still alive and well shes stuck down here in the middle of hell and heaven."

"oh, I'm sorry uh.." I honestly didn't know what to say? how would you react? honestly?

"Don't bring it up to her though Gerard hesitated."

"I won't, I promise".

We walked on a little more till we reached an old looking building. I mean all the buildings look old here but this one has a special look. I had a huge tower with no roof and bricks tumbling off the sides. Connected to the tumbling tower was a building which looked like royalty had lived here once upon a time. I must say this castle was and is beautiful. You could imagine what it looked like when it wasn't falling to pieces. A castle that lost a battle - lost its life - in a War of some sort... I have a feeling I will find out about this horrific war soon enough.

Gerard walked us towards the big double doors that had gargoyle type statues next to them. In the middle of each door was a carving of a skeleton. The Black Parade Skeleton. Its marching band uniform stood out the most as it looked exactly like Gerard's and the rest of the gangs.

I was in my own little world that I didn't even realize the doors opening.

Stood in front of me was a woman. She looked like she was in her late 30's, early 40's maybe? basing her on her figure and her husband trauma. Her wild hair set over her face. On her face was a gas mask used in WWII. You could hear her heavy breathing as she walked towards Gerard and myself.

"Come on in Gerard and Jane I believe?" she said in a husky out of breath voice.

"It's um Jade..." I corrected her.

"Jade" she said breathing through her smokey black lungs.
