Welcome to the Black Parade
You never fell in love, Did you get what you deserve?
*Gerards Point Of view*
“I really am sorry” Jade spilled out for about the hundredth time.
“Seriously stop saying sorry there in no need to worry about it, we were all out of order to you, just we haven’t had fun in a long time” I joked with her. But the truth was none of us knew what fun was anymore… we would have to march around saving lost souls that have died all because of us. Yes we gave them an afterlife but it doesn’t make it fun for us. Just look at all that pain. I have all that pain to go through day in and out. Just I haven’t got Jades pain. Not yet anyway…
“This is so much different to the desert… I mean it’s a lot cooler here where as its boiling there but the people here are better but I miss colour” I just nodded; I really didn’t know what to say.
There were a few moments of silence and I remember I still had the bath running for Jade. I literally ran to the bath to turn it off before the river overflowed. There were cute bubbles scattered across the water and it smelt like strawberries. For the dead we do get some pretty awesome stuff. Gotta thank Mother War.
I could hear jade laughing at me. Oh I see how it is.
I walked over to her and grabbed her by the waist and threw bubbles all over her bouncy hair.
“How dare you touch my baby” she gasped joking around.
I grabbed more bubbles and blew them into her face as she muttered “bitch”.
She grabbed a bucket and dipped into the bubbly water and ran towards me. Shit.
RUN GERARD RUN!
She finally got me and chucked the bucket over my phantom white hair. As the water fell over me I managed to grab her waist so she wouldn’t escape me. Our eyes were locked together.
Her hazel eyes grew big as she stared into mine and without any thought I leaned in a kissed her. I was surprised she actually kissed me back as no one ever wants to kiss me.
The kiss grew bigger as time passed and well our tongues started to touch. I felt like I was in a dream.
Jade pulled away and I apologised to her. I didn’t mean to kiss her – it was a heat of the moment.
Jade replied to my apology, “Don’t say sorry, I think I need to go and have my bath.”
“Okay, I’ll wait for you downstairs. You need to meet everyone in the parade” I smiled.
