The Hardest Part of This Is Leaving You

Frakie entered the room somewhat awkwardly. He sat down on the couch right next to Robin. Robin somewhat roughly grabbed Frankie's hand making him flinch. "So what's your name kid?" Robin asked properly shaking his hand. He smiled at Frankie eying his lip ring and pierced ears and small scorpion tattoo as well as his eyeliner thicker than mine and black nail varnish. My mom stood off in the kitchen oblivious to the attack I was certain would ensue. "Uhh F..Frank" he responded looking down at his tattered converse. Robin just grinned at me. As if to say really. "This is the Frank? I mean in college we did that stuff in a lot of places but really you Guy's" Robin laughed like a child. Frankie blushed a bit. I nearly choked on air. "Uh what" I choked out. "Mom told me about your little escapade" he giggled some more leaning back on the couch. I wondered who told her and could feel myself blushing fiercely. Frank nearly hid in a pillow. "On that note I'm sure you're both nimble enough to help me unpack" Robin laughed picking up one of his few boxes ,I stuck my tongue out at him but we both Frankie and I willingly carried them up the stairs to his attic room.
A little while later he was completely unpacked and we were standing around in his room. He picked up his guitar and looked at me.
"You still playing sis" Robin inquired. I couldn't tell him when my best friend left, when he left I thrust it to the back of my closet. That I let it rot like my will to play or sing or live. I just nodded smiling weakly.
