The Hardest Part of This Is Leaving You

'Did you paint it Mikey?" I squeaked as he eagerly nodded. I ignored the fact we were in a very public please and leaned over to kiss before hugging him tightly. A few people were whispered about me being 'the girl from the picture' and about how I no longer had hair. I heard a woman call Gerardsname and I pulled away to look towards the voice. It was a small woman in her mid twenties with a short pixie cut of her blonde hair. She had deep brown eyes and wore a pair of skinny jeans and a small band t-shirt. She smiled at Gerard pulling him in and kissing his cheeks.
"Gerard I haven't seen you in weeks," she turned towards me and continued "He painted you brilliantly and healthy at that, Im sorry about your hair, anorexia takes a lot from you, I would know but hold on once you recover it'll grow back" she went as if to kiss my cheeks like she had to Gerard. I pulled away dumbstruck and mortified. I knew I shouldn't have gone out. I knew it. I felt Mikeys hand on My back, the room was spinning.
"It's fine hun, ok? I promise" he whispered kissing my cheek. Gerard was red and Frank looked I'll clenching his fist. The woman looked a bit scared, making as if to walk away.
"Melissa, she doesn't have anorexia, you have no right to assume kindly get the he'll out of here" Gerard stated firmly staring at her angrily. She stuttered something and jogged away flushed. I was shaking and the room was still spinning but mikey just grabbed my shoulders hugging me tight.
"It's ok let's go home" he whispered already leading me away from the exhibit towards the door. People were staring and I knew once again, I shouldn't have gone out.

Ok guys so before my usual spiel I have some news ok so I'm almost at 5,000 reads and Ik really really excited about this and I want to do something for you guys but I'm not really sure what to do I was thinking maybe smut or a drawing of Raven or something but I was thinking maybe a contest to write a chapter?
