Agh, I Guess You COULD Call This A "Fanfiction".....

In The Band (Bullets Era, Backup Guitar)

You have exactly seven minutes before show starts, where you can shred riffs in front of your hometown. The guitar in your hands was one that Frank gave you last night, where you two met for the first time. You remember every laugh, every joke, and every moment in general. He was new to the band, you were new to the band. It almost clicked.

His ash colored eyes had small golden specks that almost seemed to move around his pupil if looked through long enough, which of course, everybody looked through constantly.

You looked down at your guitar, which was a lightly used Eric Clapton guitar, with a thick colored signature at the bottom. It was also your favorite color.

Frank approaches you with a large smile. "Hey sunshine, are you ready?"

You nod in excitement. You want to be on stage, by his side. Since you were very, very new to this band, you have never performed in concert. But you weren't nervous, because you knew you were to awesome to be nervous. With the band beside you, you almost feel bulletproof.

And it is such a wonderful feeling.

You can't help but look at Frank again. It's like he attracted some sort of magnetism that brought you towards him. Then again, what's not to look at? Large, ashy eyes partly concealed by flowing raven black hair. Skin almost as pale as Gerard's, like ice cream. He wore a band tee, Pearl Jam, and dark blue jeans. He chuckles. "If you're done looking at me, we should get on stage."

You tell him you're ready. He smirks. "So, you're not nervous?"

Nervous like hell. But, you gain courage, somehow. And you both step on stage, Frank right beside you. "Come on, let's give em our best!" he speaks.

Riff by riff, chord by chord, you show the world a taste of your originality. Gerard is singing beautifully right by you, but it's a shame you don't notice it. Ray's guitar is also inaudible to your ears. Somehow, all you hear is Frank's fingerings, and the music he had made.

Their whole album worth of songs stop. Gerard makes a short announcement.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I want to introduce our newest member. Our sunshine has been practicing for like--what was it again?--a whole month just to perform with us today. So give a round of applause!" he laughs, and the crowd goes wild.

Onstage, they congratulate you. They smile and hold their instruments proudly, but one thing catches your eye. Frank was applauding you.

He believed in you, from the start. You exit the stage with that thought in mind.
