The Fic Without a Title

I was walking along to my next class, thinking about how I wanted to help Gerard feel better about his brother when I heard this blood-curling scream of my name. Instinct shot through my veins, and suddenly I was running. Running to the only thing that mattered in that moment. I wasn't sure what it was, I just knew I had to be there. Sprinting across the school towards the noise, I came to a group of guys all huddled around someone I couldn't see.
"What the fuck is going on?" I asked, moving their attention to me. I snarled as they turned around. Whoever was screaming for me was let go by the leader so he could turn to glare at me, and that's when I saw him.
Gerard.
Anger started flowing through my veins. I can't believe they touched him. I grabbed the closest one in by their shirt collar and punched him before throwing him down to the ground. The rest ran after that, probably hoping to not get the same treatment. I walked over to Gerard, helping him up and trying not to smile when he instantly curled into me.
"Frankie," Gerard mumbled into my shoulder. "you came."
I started running my hands through his hair, swirling pieces around my fingers before letting them go and smoothing them back down. "Of course I did. You called."
I felt him exhale against my neck and press a quick kiss to it, sending shivers down my spine before pulling away. "T-thank you. I really appreciate it. I've gotta get to class, but maybe we can meet up for lunch?"
"Yeah, of course. I'll see you then." I tried not to feel disappointed as he walked away, and tried my hardest not to miss him. Knowing him for a little more than a day and I'm already head over heels in love with a boy who could still possibly want me dead.
