9th April 2014
~Billie’s POV~
I shook Frankie awake and he groaned, turning over so he was facing me. “Morning baby,” I said, kissing his lips softly.
“Morning; what time is it?” He asked, still half-asleep. God he’s so cute!
“9:30; we need to get up, you said we’d meet Gerard at Denny’s for 10,” I said, and he shot up, wide-eyed.
“SHIT! Cherry! Lily! You need to get up and be dressed in 20 minutes! It’s Uncle Gee’s birthday today!” Frankie yelled, running around our bedroom, throwing clothes onto the bed from his closet. He walked over to the bed and looked at me. “What are you still lying there for?! We have to leave in 20 minutes!” He said, panic clear in his voice.
“Why are you getting so worked up?” I said calmly, climbing out of bed.
He sighed. “Gerard hates it when I’m late so we can’t be today! Especially seeing as he’s 26!”
I picked some clothes out from my closet and started to get dressed. About 15 minutes later and I was ready. Frank grabbed his guitar and I grabbed Gerard’s, which I neatly wrapped for him last night.
We got to Denny’s at the same time as Gerard, Helen and Bandit did. We all hugged each other and went in, grabbing two tables for the 9 of us.
“Where are Mikey and Sarah?” I asked out of curiosity.
“Mikey’s sick and Sarah’s looking after him,” Gerard replied sadly at the thought of his baby brother being ill.
“Aww; I hope he gets better soon. Sarah’s so sweet, looking after him like that,” Frankie said, concern lacing his tone.

Gerard loved his guitar – he screamed when he opened it and hugged Frank and I tightly – and he and Frank played them on the beach all day, writing song lyrics. I think they may have been writing a song for the both of them to record. I can’t wait! I heard them singing Green Day, Black Flag and Smashing Pumpkin songs and they sounded great together, harmonising perfectly in all the right places.
We went out for dinner at TGI’s. Helen served us as she had to work but we still talked to her. She’s such a nice person! Overall, it was another great celebration…
