So Long and Goodnight, Frank

We got to my dad's house and I explained everything. I talked to him and Mikey for the last time that I would in who knows how long. I explained everything that had been going on even before, and for the first time ever, I came out.
I told them about how I was already in love with Frank. They respected my decision and didn't mind at all, which made me happy.
I went into Mikey's room to talk with him alone.
He started crying.
"Gee... Why..Why did you cut yourself?"
" Mikey, you just wouldn't understand. That place is complete hell. I had nothing to live for. Honestly, I'd be dead right now if it wasn't for Frankie. You can thank him for that."
" You could've just talked to me!"
" It's not that easy, Mikey."
We sat and cried for what seemed like hours. I decided to stay the night this last time.
I laid with Mikey until he fell asleep and got up and went into my old room with Frank.
