So Long and Goodnight, Frank

*Gerard's P.O.V*
I've been waiting in front of the school for ten minutes. I'm scared he's not going to show up.
"Hey, Gerard!"
"Oh! There you are!"
" Sorry I uh.. had to do some things. "
" It's alright, where are we going?"
" Just follow me. "
We walked about 4 blocks and we went got to a small little house. Despite the size, it was pretty nice. We walked in.
" It's not much, but it's home. Just sit on the couch. Do you want something to drink?"
" Sure. Bring me whatever. Preferably coffee, haha."
" Alright, coming right up!"
I was watching him in the kitchen making me my coffee. I just couldn't believe I was even in his house. He turned around and I couldn't help but blush. I bit my lip to keep the grin off of my face, but it probably just made me look stupid.
"Here's your coffee!"
" Oh my god! This is the best coffee I've ever had!"
He just smiled and blushed. He was so cute. I couldn't stop staring at him even though I was afraid he'd notice.

*Frank's P.O.V*
I want to kiss him so bad. I can't mess this up. He's blushing so much . It's absolutely adorable, but I could never say that.
" Hey, Gerard? What time do you have to get home?"
"Shit, I forgot to ask Steven! He's going to kill me! I have to go!"
"Oh, okay! Well I'll see you tomorrow!"
We both just kind of stood there staring at each other. This is my chance...
I leaned in and kissed him. It obviously caught him by surprise, but he kissed back. We kissed for what seemed like an eternity, but I didn't mind at all. He just pulled away and smiled,
"Frank, you feel that way too?"
"Yeah.. I hope I didn't ruin anything I'm sorry"
"You didn't! I really have to go home. I'll see you tomorrow, I hope. Goodbye."
What did he mean I hope?
