So Long and Goodnight, Frank

*Frank's P.O.V*
" Frank, I'd like you to sit in the open seat by Gerard. Gerard, raise your hand and show him who I'm talking about!"
He's perfect. Everything about him! I hurry and go sit down. I was too nervous to talk to him so I just sat there, blown away. How could someone be so perfect? I'm sure that he had a girlfriend. Nobody like that would ever even think of dating someone like me. There's nothing special about me. The thought of it kind of depressed me. There's probably a one-in-a-million chance that he's gay, too. The chances probably aren't even that high.
In the middle of my daydreaming, Gerard got my attention. I guess he had been trying to get my attention but I wasn't paying attention until he nudged me.
" Have you been paying attention?"
" Well..uh..no not really.."
"Oh! Well thank god I'm not the only one!"
He smiled and turned away.
I just can't stop thinking about how perfect it would be for us to be together.
