Everything I loved, went up in flames

Imagine living like a king someday

25th March 2013
I knocked on the door that lead to room 388 – Ray and Mikey’s – and waited for one of them to answer.
The door opened and both of them stepped out, dressed and ready to hit the LA streets.
I walked over to Gerard and Frankie’s room – 392 – but before I had a chance to knock, Frank opened the door, Gerard in tow.
“Ready?” I asked the guys.
“Yeah! Let’s go!” They chorused and we strutted down the corridor in a single-file line, with Gerard in front – sassy as ever – Frank behind him, me behind Frank, Ray behind me and Mikey at the back, with right hand on our hip and each left arm swinging back and forth in synch. This carried on through the LA streets, which caused a few people to stare in awe at our sassiness and a few fans of the guys to run up to us and touch us. We completely ignored them and carried on like they weren’t even there!
We went to an amusement park and we all went on the biggest rides they had to offer and it was great fun; it was such an adrenaline rush!
We went to the mall after and spent most of our money in Hot Topic and record stores; our totals in both stores – combined – reached well over $1000, with me spending the least as I didn’t have a lot of money with me.
We strutted back to a restaurant a couple blocks away from the hotel and had a beautiful 3 course meal in there. Gerard paid for it all and we left, strutting – once again – back to the hotel.
We went to Gerard and Frankie’s room and hung out there until I was falling asleep.
“You okay Billie? You’re falling asleep,” Ray whispered as Frank and Gerard were curled I each other’s arms.
“Yeah; I’m gonna head back to my room and get some beauty sleep. I’ll see you guys in the morning; same time?” I yawned.
“Sure! I’ll tell them before we leave. Night Billie! See you in the morning,”
I walked to the door and edged it open and slid through the tiny gap I made in it and pulled the door closed behind me. I walked to my room and changed into pyjama pants and a baggy shirt and plonked onto my hotel bed.
What will tomorrow bring?
