My Teenage Romance

After school I go home and get ready for dinner with Gee. I put on a pair of black skinny-jeans, that don't have holes in the knees, and a Nirvana top. I'm not supposed to be there until 6:30, so I draw until 6. I give myself plenty of time to get there, in-case I get lost. I do get lost, because I apparently am horrid at following directions.
I finally arrive at the Way residence, at exactly 6:30. Gerard invites me in, and shows me to the family room.
"It'll just be us eating dinner tonight, Mikey and my parents bailed on us."
"Oh, well that's their loss."
"Haha. Yeah it is."

He sits me at the dining room table, and brings out lasagna. We chat while we eat. At one point I say something funny, and Gerard almost chokes on the bite of lasagna he just took. We finish the meal in silence.
We go back into the family room, and we talk. I convince Gee to give me a tour of his house. We end up in his room.
