I spent the rest of the week unpacking and organizing the rest of the house with my mom and reading the journals I had found. I was still reading the one I had started on my first night here, and I had yet to discover anything about this mystery person accept that it's a guy, he has a brother named Mikey, he's had a tough time in life, and he's addicted to pills and booze. I was only few pages shy of finishing the first one I had started reading, his life was actually fairly interesting and extremely heartbreaking.

I felt bad though because I had gone through the teasing and ridicule and turned to drinking as a way to numb everything, but I had gotten over that demon and was just stuck with taking my anti-depressants which I weren't addicted to unlike this guy.

I looked up from my bowl of Lucky Charms I had been eating in the living room while watching Star Wars 5, when my thoughts were disturbed by the front door swinging open. My eyes went wide with shock as I sat paralyzed to my chair while two men walked into my house, I couldn't even open my mouth to scream! All I could do was drop my spoon as I continued to gape at two random guys standing in the entrance to the house, they seemed mildly confused as they looked around the house. One was tall and lanky with light brown hair, he had thick black glasses perched on his nose and was sporting an Anthrax t-shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. The other was noticeably shorter and a little pudgy around the middle with a black mop of hair and pale skin, he was wearing a leather jacket over an Iron Maiden shirt and black jeans. Suitcases, that I had guessed they had been carrying, were now sitting on the floor beside them.

"Mom?" The shorter one said as the taller one finally noticed my presence.

"Um, Gee? Why's there some kid in our house?" The tall one asked, I'm guessing the short guy is Gee?

"Uh..." Gee said as they both stared at me with confused looks on their faces. I stared back for a minute before I realized that I was in a small Frankenstein t-shirt and my underwear. I felt the blood rush to my face as I grabbed a throw pillow and held it over my lap.

"Who're you and why are you here and why is our house different?" The tall guy asked.

"Er, I'm Ellen. I live here and that kind of explains why the house looks the way it does. My mom and I just moved in last week." I said, my face still flushed.

"No, that can't be right. We live here, 69 Salter Place. I grew up in this house, and there's no way mom and dad would just move out without telling Mikey and I." Well I guess that means the tall guy is Mikey. Mikey and Gee, heh, they kinda looked like Mikey and Gerard from My Chemical Romance.

"Well, uh, I don't know about your guy's situations, but we bought this house from a couple named Donna and Donald." I said, getting even more confused.

"Well, was their stuff still here when you moved in? We've only been away for five months!" Gee said. Oh wait! This must be the guy who's journal I've been reading! Shit, he'd probably get mad at me if he knew I've been reading it! I felt my face heat up once more.

"Um, yea. In the empty upstairs room I found a few Pokemon cards and an Iron Maiden tape in the closet, and uh, downstairs I found some notebooks and a lot of other items hidden in the ceiling." The color drained out of Gee's face as mine grew even more red, if that was possible.

"Did you, uh, happen to read any of the notebooks?" Gee asked, his voice slightly shaking as Mikey peered at him curiously. I bit my lip and nodded while keeping my eyes focused on the ground.

"Yea..." I said in a voice that was slightly more audible then a whisper.

"Mikey, you call mom and figure out what's going on. Me and her are going to go downstairs and talk about some things." Gee said as he walked over to me and gently grabbed my hand, I forgot about keeping the pillow in my lap and walked with him to my bedroom.
