September 16th (Gerard Way/MCR)

Rosalina's POV.
I watched as Gerard left the room,leaving me to get changed.I still hadn't wrapped my head around any of this.
My dad,Gerard Way,just helped me run away from home and now I'm gonna be living with him and the bassist from one of my favorite bands.Who's now my new step mom and my half little sister Bandit?I had to deal with a lot now.
I just shrugged then walked over to a box and took out a old Iron Madien shirt and a pair of pajama pants.I locked the door so no one walked in on me.I changed then put my dirty clothes back into my box then unlocked the door.I then layed on the floor and grabbed my keytar which I named Viola,Like the girl from The Witch's House.
I then started to play Pretend by:LIGHTS,I really loved that song,and it's an amazing song.I was in the middle of the song when someone knocked on the door.I stopped then sat up and rested the keytar in my lap.
"Come in."I said.Mikey opened the door and walked over to me."You play keytar?"He asked me."Yea,but I also play guitar,drums and bass."I told him."Do you wanna play bass with me?"He asked me."Yea but that's if you have a extra bass."I said."I like you already!I'll be right back."He told me already half way out the door.He came back in a couple minutes later with his bass and another one.
He handed me the other one,It was an old one of his."Thank you!"I said with a huge smile."Welcome."He told me."Do you know Famous Last Words?"He asked me."Yeah,I practiced a lot with one of my school's bass."I said.
"Then let's play."He started playing and I joined in.I saw Frank and Ray peep thier heads in they left then came back with thier guitars and started playing at the part we where.A couple minutes later Gerard came in and started sing at the part we where at.

By the end we were standing up like we had a crowd around us.Frank walked over to and put a hand my shoulder."You're a very talented kid."He told me."Thanks.I never thought you would tell me I'm talented.Fuck,I never thought all of this would happen!"I said with a smile.
"I don't think any of us did."Ray said quietly.Gerard gave me a half sad smile."If you don't to stay with me and Lyn-Z you don't have to."Gerard said."No!I want to!Anything is better than living with my mom.This is just a huge thing to take in."I said truthfully.Gerard nodded.
"Well,Goodnight."Gerard said while exiting the room."Night Rosalina!"Ray and Frank said together then left.I was waiting for Mikey to leave but he just sat on the floor instead."So since I just found out I have a new niece,Why don't you tell me about yourself?"Mikey asked.
"Well,I'm not that interesting."I admitted with a giggle."I love comic books.Especially superhero ones!"I said with a huge smile.Mikey gasped."Dude me too!Did you get the new Superman comic?"He asked me."Sadly no."I said frowing."When we get home,I'll take you down to the comic book store so we can buy one togther!"He said,grinning widely."What else do you like?"He asked.
"I really love to draw!I also tend to read sometimes."I admitted.Mikey smiled."What music do you listen to?"He asked me.
"Well,obviously My Chemical Romance.I like Iron Madien and Black Sabbeth.But I listen to newer stuff more like Ghost Town,Paramore,Panic!At The Disco,Sleeping With Sirens,Pierce The Veil,LIGHTS,Asking Alexandria and Of Mice & Men."I answered.Mikey held up his hand and I high fived it."You're a badass girl,you know that?"Mikey asked me.I shrugged.There was then a moment of silence.
Until Mikey spoke up again."You and Elizabeth,Your mom.You two wasn't close were you?"He asked me.I shook my head and closed my eyes."No,I never saw her.She was always off with her boyfriend until one of them shot themself right in front of me,The one she said that was my dad.But if she was home she ignore me or constaly yell or bitch her head off at me or tell me I'm not good enough."I told truthfully.
"What do you mean,Not good enough?"Mikey asked."She'd tell me that I'm too fat or too ugly also that I'll get nowhere in my life."I said then closed my eye tighter because a tear fell.I felt Mikey wipe it away then pull me into a hug."Well,I for one,am really happy to have as a niece."He whispered to me in my ear."Really?"I asked as I pulled away and opened my eyes.
"Really."Mikey said with a nod."Thanks,It means a lot."I said."It's no problem Rosalina.I'm gonna go to bed though."He said standing up,streching.I stood up and then yawned.I followed Mikey down the hall then climbed into the extra bunk.

Well,I'll never be able to forget this day.
I layed down with the thought of what Mikey told me.Maybe being a Way isn't gonna be that bad.
