September 16th (Gerard Way/MCR)

~Thursday~
I felt someone poke my face.I open an eye to see Gerard."Come on,This probably the last day you'll have to deal with your mom."Gerard told me.I closed my eye then sighed,"Fine."I said then sat up.He gave me small smile then walked out.
I got up and walked into the bathroom.I showered real quick then changed into a red shirt that had a dream catcher on the front then put on some black leggings with my fake leather boots.I brushed my hair then put on some eyeliner.I then walked out then downstairs.
I saw Gerard in a suit,Lindsey and Bandit wasn't going so they weren't downstairs. Me and Gerard then got into the car and drove to the court house.I sighed."What's wrong?"Gerard asked me."What if she wins me?"I asked him."She won't if tell the truth about everything."Gerard told me,I closed my eyes then breathed in."Okay,Let's do this."I said then we got out of the car.
~Skipped til where Rosalina tells her story~
I was at the stand,I breathed in then spoke."My mother doesn't have one right to have me.She's horrible.She's does nothing but drink or do drugs or even call me awful names.Because of her I got raped once,She didn't care.She's never loved me,Ever."I told the people.
~After Court ~
I walked out of the court house with a smile.I was able to stay with my dad,Since I told my story."Rosalina,I'm glad you told the truth."My dad said."Thanks."I said with a smile.
I swear that my life just got better from that day on.
