September 16th (Gerard Way/MCR)

I heard a knock on my door."Rosalina!"Gerard yelled.I ran to the door and opened it.I fell into my dad's arms and let out a loud sobb."She found me!"I tried to yell."Who did?"It sounded like Mikey asked."My mom."I said.
"How?"Frank asked."I have no idea.She just called me."I said trying not to sobb again."Let me see your phone."Gerard said.I got up and got my phone then handed it to my father.He looked at my last call."It says she called you."He confessed.He then pressed something and had my phone to his ear.
"Elizabeth,I'm taking this to court.I'll see you next Thursday."He said.I heard something like a 'Fine!See you there!'.Gerard then handed memy phone."Don't worry about her til next Thursday."Dad told me.I nodded,"Uh,So I'll miss school next Thursday?"I asked him.He nodded.I just fell back onto my bed with a sigh.
I had everything going perfect then it came crumbling down."Why the fuck does my mom have to ruin this?"I asked myself outloud."What do you mean Rosalina?"Mikey asked me."I was actually happy for once in my life here with you guys.Knowing my mom,she'll make up some lie to get me with her.Looks like I have to speak up next week about everything."I tell.Gerard looks at me with a shocked look."About what?"Frank asked me."You'll see next Thursday."I said.
"Uh,not to be rude but can you all please get out so I can do my homework?"I ask nicely.They nod and walk out.I put in my Escape The Fate self-titled album then start blasting it.I then get started on my homework.
After I finish my work then look at the time,10:00,I skipped dinner.Oh well.I changed into a black tank top with some gray sweatpants.I then threw my hair into a ponytail.I walk downstairs to see Gerard and Lindsey talking.
"Gerard,Do you really think Rosalina is able to choose between us and her mom?"I heard Lindsey ask Gerard."She 16.By her attitude,I can tell she's ready."Gerard said."I just don't want you to get happy and think that she's gonna choose us then ends up choosing her mom."Lindsey said in defense."You're right,Lindsey.''Gerard then said."Well,goodnight."Lindsey said then I heard lips peck.I hid then wen she went up the stairs I walked into the kitchen.
"Yea,I'm just a 16 year old,By my attitude you can tell?"I asked with sass."Please Rosalina,not right now."Gerard said.I roll my eyes then grab a bottle of water."Next time,Watch what you say about me."I whisper into his ear.I was walking away until Gerard grabbed my arm.
"Listen to me,I'm not gonna sit here and let a 16 year old boss me around.I may have not been in your life for 16 years but it's time you treat me with respect right now."He tells me.I rip my arm away from him and run upstairs.
I fell into my bed then went to sleep.
