"what are you talking about?"I all but yelled at the two officers.

"Mr. Iero please calm down. All we need is for you to come with us and for you to bring your phone. Now is your cell phone on you at the moment?"

"Yea but-"

"which pocket is it in?" The other officer asked.

"Ugh my front right pocket..." I said shakily and he reached in my pocket for the phone going dangerously close to my personal area while in the pocket.

"Hey watch it." Gerard said walking up to him. "What do you need his phone for and what do you even want to arrest him for he isn't distributing child pornography!" He said becoming angry

"we will answer those questions later at the police station so if you will please back away and well be sure to call you once were done." Officer 1 said.

"Why can't I go with you?" He asked suspiciously.

"Because this case is for Mr. Iero and you're not him. what relation to him are you?"

"I'm his husband"

"and who are the other gentlemen in the room right now?"

"That ones my brother and the other is my kid." Gerard said flatly.

"Well you wait here with your kid and well be sure to get in touch once we're all done with your husband." He said and than began dragging me towards the door and outside to the police car in my driveway

"dad?" Was the last thing I heard before they slammed the door on me locking me in the car.

Nathan looked like he was trying to run after me but mikey was holding him back and giving gerard a worried look. Gerard though...his face was one of shock and betrayal, like he wasn't sure what to believe.

"Okay Mr. Iero we've had your phone examined and have found the exact things we were looking for. What I am holding in my hand are the pictures from your phone just printed out larger. I want you to tell us exactly what each one is and where you got and or took it. Okay?"

"I don't have any fucking porn of any child I swear to-"
I stopped mid sentence and felt my throat tighten up when he laid the photographs on the table.

they were...the pictures of Nathan and billie and some other person plus ones I had never seen before and I know they weren't on my phone before.

"So what do you see?"

I wanted to cry and scream at the officers but I knew I couldn't so as calmly as I could I began to explain.

"You don't get it."

"Mr. Iero-"

"No. Don't you Mr. Iero me and let me explain this without being interrupted please." I said seriously and the officers looked at each other and then nodded at me.

"Okay those pictures are my son, now before you freak out listen. I had a really bad job all my life and made some enemies. There was one particular guy who never got over a grudge with me and once he found out I had a kid he went after my kid to get back at me.
One day my kid disappeared and for a while me and my husband couldn't find him and filed a missing persons report but then we started getting these messages from this guy we'll call b. b started sending these pictures along with dirty messages just to torment me. We finally got my son back after he managed to run away from b but he was scared to tell us anything about what had happened to him. We just recently found out that b had raped him. These pictures are proof of that. I did not take them and I sure as hell didn't distribute them the person you should be arresting is b because he needs to be locked up for touching my son like that." I finished, staring the officers down trying not to cry or get sick at the thought of Nathan being touched like that.

"Okay we'll have that all looked into, but does b have a name?"

"Yea he does. Billie Joe Armstrong."

Updateeee. So now me and rachelmisery867 will be writing this so hopefully more updates and stuff. I'm dead right now but I love you guys so I'll still update.
I have swimming everyday of the week from 6:00 to 10:45 am and swim meets every Tuesday and Thursday along with open gym for basketball and volleyball. So yea when I'm not sleeping I'll try to update cx
