Gerard's pov

"Frankie?" I called walking through the little store. I didn't see him and it wasn't a very big store so that worried me.

"Excuse me did you by any chance see a short black haired man?" I asked the clerk.

His eyes seemed to become bigger as he looked at me. "Tell him not to come back in here! He scared all my customers off." The man snapped.

"Where is he?" I asked

"him and that other guy went out back but don't complain to me if you see them beating the living shit out of each other it's not my problem." He told me.

I turned and flew out the back door looking for frank. I saw him on his knees crying. "Frank?"

He looked up at me. "Can we go home now?" He asked wiping his eyes.

"Frank what's wrong?" He ignored my question and grabbed my hand walking over to the car.

"You drive." He told me and climbed into the passenger seat.

I got in and looked at him. "frank what happened?"

"Billie happened."

"What!" I yelled. "What did he do?!" I asked urgently.

"Did you know Nathan has a boyfriend?" He asked me.

"Nathan doesn't have a boyfriend." I said.

"That's what I told him but he didn't say anything except his names cole."

"Cole?" I said out loud. I swear I've heard that name before mentioned by Nathan.

"Oh! Frankie don't worry cole is Nathan's partner for a project or something? He told me the other day when I asked him how he managed to break into that kids locker and take his book bag. He said his project partner helped him an his name was cole but didn't say anything else. He'd tell us If he had a boyfriend." I said hoping to calm frank down.

"Okay. I believe you."

"hello? Anyone home?" I yelled as we walked through the front door.

"Hey guys." Mikey greeted completely casual.

"What the hell mikey you scared us when you texted us and then didn't answer." I scolded him.

"Oh shit sorry! I didn't mean to worry you guys and my phone died so sorry." He shrugged

"well?" Frank asked him.

"Well what?"

"Mikey you fucker what did you see when you walked into our house?" Frank snapped.

"Oh uhm.." Mikey mumbled something but I couldn't hear him.
"What?" Me and frank asked at the same time.

"I said nothing really..Nathan was just kind of laughing so hard and it was funny he like almost peed his pants." Mikey said but he sounded unsure.

"What was he laughing at?"

"Apparently something about school or something i don't know. It was just funny and if my phone wouldn't have died I would've told you he just peed his pants or something. Sorry."

"Mikey you worried the shit out of me and it didn't help that we ran into billie on our way home." frank said.

"What! What did he say?"

"Just I'll explain it all later but right now I need to go talk to Nathan." He said going towards the stairs.

"frank wait don't go up there he's sleeping!" Mikey yelled nervously which was really weird.

"I'll wake him up. If he sleeps now he'll miss his medicine anyway so I'll just wake him and all of us can do something fun after we talk." Frank smiled.

"Shit frank watch out." Mikey said pushing past him and running towards Nathan's room.

I could hear Mikey knocking on the door feverishly but I couldn't hear what he was saying to Nathan.
Frank gave me a concerned look and we both ran upstairs after him.

"Shit Mikey why didn't you warn me!" I saw Nathan yell from in the doorway to his room with the door still mainly shut and only his head sticking out.

"I'm sorry but I thought you could hear us from downst-"

"Nathan what's wrong?" Frank asked walking towards his door. Nathan slammed the door and locked it. "Mikey what's wrong with my son?" Frank asked angrily.

Mikey looked like he was going shit himself "nothing I just.."

"what are you hiding?" I asked mikey.

"Nothing I swear!" He argued.

"Mikey you looked like your trying to protect him from us. What happened while we were gone." I asked. "This is our kid not yours so I want you to tell me right fucking now mikey."

"I-I can't."

"Like hell you can't! Mikey what's going on?" Frank yelled.
Mikey just stood there So I shoved him out of the way and began kicking on Nathan's door.

"Nathan open up!"

"Give me a minute!" He yelled back nervously.

"Nathan you have five seconds or I'm kicking it down! What are you hiding in there?!"

I heard muffled whispered and then a loud thump. I kicked the door hard and it flew open. The first thing I saw was Nathan slamming the window in his room shut and hurrying to try and make his bed.

"Nathan?"

"Shit shit shit!" He hissed to himself as he tried to hide what looked like a t shirt I had never seen under the blankets.

I grabbed his arms and made him stop. "What are you hiding?" I asked sternly.

"promise you won't get mad and kill me?"
