It's a not so secret, secret

Nathan's pov

i woke up wrapped in billies arms still on the couch, but there were people here now. Ray bob and Alex were here and were sitting on the floor rolling what looked like blunts.

"Morning sleeping beauty." billie said kissing my head as I sat up.

"Cut the cute bull crap you're making me sick." Bob said and I was kind of not sure how to respond.

"What you mean this?" Billie said and then began making out with me.

When he pulled away I was panting and everyone else was staring at us.
I sort of hid under billies arm and he just hugged me closer.

"How you feeling?"

"Fine y'know besides the fact that my whole life's a lie."

"Hey come on babe don't think that way." He said. "They probably didn't tell you for a good reason."

"I don't care what the reason is it's not good enough." I huffed.

"Damn I heard, that sucks man. Sorry." Alex said

"you told them?" I asked billie

"well they were kind of wondering why you were in my arms with tears all over your face."

"it's cool I guess. I don't give a shit anymore." I said because it was the truth.

"Do you think you're going to head home?" Ray asked from his spot on the floor.

"I'm staying here. They don't know where I am and I plan to keep it that way. I'll let them know I'm okay by calling them from like a pay phone or something so they can't track me, but yea I'm not going back." I said

"Do you really think having him just ditching his parents is a good idea billie?" bob asked.

"It's his choice and trust me I don't mind having him here at all. Plus what they did to him was kind of a sick thing." Billie said shrugging his shoulders.

"god ieros still the same guy he was in highschool." Ray said shaking his head.

"what was my dad in like in highschool? Or whatever the fuck his relationship is to me." I asked somewhat out of curiosity.

"He was a slut." Bob said. "Sorry not to be-"

"no it's fine I wanna know." I said and he nodded.

"Yea he was a prostitute for all of highschool and missed a bunch of classes because of it. I still have no fucking idea how gerard and him ended up marrying each other" bob said

"yea dude the first time they met gerard was still Mr. Way and he found him fucking someone under the bleachers during his lunch break, and that's when the school started to hear of his reputation." Ray said.

"I didn't really know him since I went to another school but I know he hooked up with my older brother for two hundred bucks man." Alex said.

"okay I'm done. I've decided I really don't want to know." I said disgusted that my dad/brother would ever do that.
I needed to calm down but couldn't and I guess billie could tell.

"Hey man toss me a blunt and a lighter." Billie said pointing to the freshly rolled blunts on the floor.

alex tossed him what he asked for and billie placed it to his mouth and lit it, inhaling the drugs. He passed it over to me and I stared at it for a minute.

"It'll help you calm down." He said and I gave in pressing the joint to my lips.

"hand me another he can have that one." Billie said to Alex and winked at him.
I wasn't sure why and was getting kind of nervous about why he wanted me to have this one in particular.

Alex smirked at him and handed another joint to billie like he knew what was going on. He winked back and glanced to me quickly before he averted his gaze to his phone.

He looked up at billie one last time and said "in twenty minutes."

He didn't say anything else but billie just nodded.
What the fucks going on in twenty minutes, and why are billie and Alex so excited about it?
