ONE YEAR LATER

One year later I had finished my physical therapy. The doctors told me the whole story of Chirstmas Eve 2013 as it will forever live in infamy, at least to me.

I was drinking that night and I had a blood alcohol level of 0.09 and I hadn't been paying attention to where I was going and I drove into oncoming traffic. I was fine until frank had started to try to get me to pull over and let him drive. I had insisted I was fine to drive, I could handle it. Frank took the steering wheel and we fought over who was driving and thats when I hit the other car. Luckily both passangers of the other car were uninjured and didn't press charges.

I was out on impact of the crash and I was air lifted to another hospital where I spent a month in my coma. Frank refused to leave my side the whole time. He cried when they thought I was going to die, refusing to let them pull the plug on me and on valentines day, I started to show brain activity again. They had me transported back to the hospital my daughter was born at, the one closest home. I had several broken ribs and a massive concussion that disabled me for quiet some time.

". . .But you lived and thats all that matters." Frank said hugging me. I hugged him back and smiled. It was one hell of a nightmare but it was over.

And that Christmas, I held a party. Bandit and Lyn-z even came. And everything was good again.
