Hopeless for ya

When i woke up the next morning i felt excited.
I quickly took a shower and put on black clothes, packed swim trunks (just in case) and i put on my hoodie.
"Whats the hurry hun?" My mom stepped in front before i could race out the door
"Gotta get to school?" I said trying to push her away
"Nice try Frank its only 7:00"
I let out an annoyed sigh and i sat at the kitchen table.
"So Frank tell me about your friend" My mom asked
Tell you about my friend?
I love him
"Well, His name is Gerard and he's into good music and hes really cool" I said while i poured myself some frosted flakes cereal
"So im guessing you made plans today to hangout with him, am i correct?"
Yes.
"Yeah, We might be going swimming!" I say more excitedly than I should have.
"You remind me of when you were a child" My mom said quietly
What?!
"huh?"
"You were never this excited since you were very little ... im just happy"
I thought about it, and she was right .. ever since grade 5 ive been alone.
Once i finished breakfast i waved at my mother and i ran to school.
At the school doors i saw Gerard standing there
"Aye Frank!" He yelled
I waved at him with a bright smile
Gerard grabbed my arm and ran into the school heading past both our lockers
"Where are we going?" I asked nervously
"You'll see" Gerard said and smirked
I blushed.
When we finally stopped running we entered a door leading to a room with gym mats in it
"So here we have the ex-equipment room, The school doesnt need gym mats until summer so we're safe until then" Gerard said sitting down on one of the mat's
"What are we doing here though? Class starts soon" I said heading towards the door
"Frank! no wait!" Gerard yelled, I turned to look at him, his eyes filled with disappointment
"Lets skip a few classes okay? This one and Music" He said reaching for my hand to come sit down.
I accepted his invite and sat down.
"So about swimming" I started

What do i tell him? I dont know how to swim?
I cant go swimming exposing my arms (which have scars on them)
"I well, i dont know Frank" I said looking down
"Come on please" Frank said sounding like a little kid wanting a toy
It was impossible to say 'no' to his puppy dog eyes
"Okay" I replied smiling, he smiled back with his cheeks turning scarlet

~TIME LAPSE~
I waited at the gates for Frank,
as i saw him walking towards me i all of a sudden felt more scared to go swimming.
"Hey you o-okay?" Frank asks
"Yes! why wouldnt i be?" I lied
Frank didn't answer, so we just walked our way to the public pool.
When we arrived, Frank paid for both of us and we walked into separate change rooms,
i quickly threw on my shorts and took off my shirt. I stared at my scars and sighed
he's going to have to deal with this, i said to myself.
When i walked out, i saw Frankie fooling around with his hair in the mirror .. shirtless
I just stared at him as he turned around to face me
"Looking good." Frank says
I felt myself blush and he bites his lower lip
Oh god he's so sexy

Seeing Gerard shirtless was what i was waiting for all day.
I grab his arm and i walk towards the pool.
When i jumped in Gerard flinched from the water splashing on him
"Jump in Gerard" I laughed
Gerard slowly steps in.
"Pft pussy" I joked
He just splashes me playfully and swims away
i swim after him close enough so i could straddle him
He throws me off
"What are you trying to do kill me?" Gerard says in a stern voice
"S-sorry" I say slowly backing away feeling a little bit guilty
"No its okay! I was just panicking" Gerard quickly said and smiled
I smiled back.
"You have a cute smile" He said kissing my cheek
I blush and stare down at my feet, unsure how to react.

When we were tired of swimming we went into the shower room,
Frank went in one of the showers and i tried to look for one but they were all filled up
"F-Frank"
"Whats up Gee?"
"All the showers are filled up"
Frank paused
"Well, we're all guys here so ..would you like to join mine?" Frank asked
I tried to think of an answer, like of course i wanted to but what if something happens.
"Youre still wearing your swim trunks right" I slowly asked
"Uh yeah? Why?" Frank seemed confused
Yeah Gerard why'd you ask? He's probably thinking twice about letting me in now, What if he finds out i have feelings for him?
Frank opens up the curtains
"Oh sorry i was just- i dont know" I snapped out of my own thoughts
"You coming or not? The water is getting cold" He says gesturing me to come in
I enter the large shower with him and we take turns standing under the water to wash our hair.
When its my turn to wash mine i feel his arms wrapping around my waist
my body shivers from his touch
"Uh Frank?" I ask
Frank lets go
I turn around to see a shocked Frank
"Gerard im sorry i-"
I interrupted him by pushing him back a bit, back flat against the shower wall. He gasped slightly, probably not expecting it, but apart from that said nothing.
My hands were grabbing his waist bringing him closer
Frank's hands made his way up to the back of my neck leaning forward closing the space between us.
I closed my eyes and felt Frankie tighten his grip on me.
The moment our lips touched i felt as if one million butterflies decided to dance around in my stomach.
I pressed harder against his lips, he pressed back. I moved my lips slightly and felt my heart swell then he slowly started to move his lips against mine.
I tightened my grip on his hips and moved myself closer to him,
I started to kiss with more force and i bit his bottom lip gently and playful
Frank shivered but then parted his lips, I slipped my tongue into his mouth and rubbed it against his.
I heard a little moan escape his mouth.
I broke the kiss from lack of oxygen, i looked over at Frank panting
"wow" Frank whispered turning the shower off
"Youre not mad at me right?" I asked slightly scared of what his reply might be
"Why would i be? That was just" Frank paused "hot"
I smiled and brought him closer for another kiss
"Attention please! The pool will be closing in 10 minutes Attention please!" We heard an announcement coming from a speaker
Frank stepped away "Shit lets get dressed Gee"
