Ghosts In The Snow

"hello..." His voice was perfect and tuned, as he stepped closer I felt my heart speed up and my face flushed red.
"Umm...h-hi..." I stuttered still trying to play it cool and keep whatever emotions I had brewing bottled up inside under lock and key! I saw a smerk form on his perfectly pink lips, did he notice?! Either way...it was driving me crazy I swear!
"I've been watching you for a while, I guess. And I couldn't help but notice...your home alone and scared?" I thought I saw lust shine in his eyes for a split second. He winked at me and stepped closer again. I could now feel his body heat which made the hair on my neck stick out.
"I'm always alone..." I looked down at the thought that my parents didn't want me. I felt two fingers pick my head up when my eyes focused on the strange person in front of me.
"Gerard" he said
"excuse me? What?" I question with a puzzled look on my face.
"my name...it's gerard!" I just wanted to wrap my arms around his slim waist and hug into him tightly; I didn't even know him! "Well now you know me, how about you come round mine?"

i didn't have time to think before my body instantly made that decision for me and I nodded quickly. He moved a strand of hair from around my eyes, looking deep into them, examining me closely.
"I'm frank. Frank iero." I pointed out with a smile, ripping him away from the state of concentration he was in.
"Nice name!" I felt an arm wrap over my shoulder pulling me into the same direction as him. This wasn't the way to school!
"Umm where are we going? My schools that way!" I gestured in the opposite direction but he simply carried on striding away with me in his arms. I felt his muscles flex every so often which made me feel safe, but also weak at the thought of him.
"I know." His pale face turned to look at me, smiling. I didn't even know this guy! What makes me think I can trust him?!
