Change Days

After hours in studio, Frank decided to take a short break. Seeing Grace at the station was no coincidence. Things don't happen just because. At least this kind of things don't. He grabbed a can of Coke from the minibar, and called Jamia.

"Daddyyyyyyy!!!", Lily, Cherry and Miles hollered, "We miss youuuuuuuu!!!"

Frank giggled. "I miss you too, pumpkin-pies! Is momma there?", he asked.

"Wait a sec!", Lily said, "Moooooooooooooooooom?"

-Love!, you called earlier this time... Is everything okay?
-Uhm, yeah, well, nothing bad happened... I just wanted to know how were you doing, you know, I kind of miss you.
-Kind of? -Jamia laughed- Yeah, we kind of miss you too. Do you want us to go there?
-Oh, no, no... The kids will hate me for that, they're having so much fun! Uh... It's just that...
-Yes?
-Something... I... I need to get the band back together.
-Oh.
-You don't...
