That Summertime Feeling
Summary
“I didn’t want to think about what would happen to me and Mikey come the end of the summer. For right now, I just wanted to enjoy every moment with him.”
Summary- Erin Shea didn’t want anything more out of her last summer of freedom than to lay low and hang out with her friends. Her mom is going on a business trip to Ireland for the whole season and Erin thinks she’s going to have the whole house to herself, but there’s a hitch in her plans. Instead of the relaxing summer at home that she’d planned, her mom sends her off to stay with her great aunt until she gets back to the states. Erin isn’t looking forward to spending the summer away from her friends, away from everyone she knows. She expects it to be a total drag, but what she doesn’t expect, is to meet Mikey Way.

Erin Shae
Erin does not want to spend her summer with her aunt and uncle, but when her mom goes on a summer business trip she has no choice. She thinks she's going to be miserable, but that could all change when she meets the boy next door.
Mikey Way
The boy next door. When Erin first meets him, she wants almost nothing to do with him; she'd rather spend her summer alone, but soon she finds that Mikey has more to offer.
