The Voice

~Elijah~
I call Desiree's phone again but it goes to voice mail. Fuck! Why wasn't she answering?
Hayley told me that she had followed Gerard out of the building but no one had seen her since.
I rang her again. "Yes." She says answering.
"Thank god you're okay! Why the fuck didn't you answer your phone?" I ask.
"I've just figured something out Elijah." She replies. I realize something is wrong.
"What?"I ask confused.
"You only kissed me to get votes for yourself, it wasn't an accident. Anyone can see I'm not good enough for you. You really hurt me and I can't wait to kick your arse in the the lives." She tells me before hanging up. I can't stop the tears streaming down my cheeks, how can she think that? I didn't mean to kiss her it's just that she looked so amazing and I just couldn't stop myself. Was that so wrong? I run to my room and shut my door blocking the world out.
I fall to the floor, tears still flowing. The door barged open revealing Alex. "What the fuck?" She asks. "Leave me alone." I reply. Instead she sits down next to me and sits my head into her lap.
"Everything will be okay, I promise." She murmurs stroking my hair.

I didn't mean to say those things to Elijah but I knew they were true. He doesn't care for me and I don't care for him. It's just a show for the cameras. Fuck my life. Least now I have Gerard but somehow it doesn't quite seem real you. I know we can't tell anyone or I'll be disqualified and probably hated all around America but I would love to able to talk to someone. I think I love him....
