I don't feel like I'm strong enough

FRANK'S POV
The next day, Gee called me after school. We talked for hours. We talked about his day, my day, movies, comics, and even coffee. We decided we were going to hang out this weekend, and he asked if he could come over to my house. I didn't want him to see what my home life was like, so I told him that my carpets were being cleaned, so my mom won't let me bring anyone over.
I felt kind of bad for lying to Gerard like that. I've been to his house, so I felt bad that I wasn't letting him come over to mine.


It was finally Saturday, and I was supposed to meet Gerard at the mall. I decided to take my car since I didn't want to show up in some type of limo.
When I got there, I parked and walked to the front doors. I walked in and decided to wait in the coffee shop Gee and I met in. When I walked in, I saw Gerard sitting in the corner of the shop drinking a large cup of coffee and reading. I smiled and walked over to him. "Hey" I said and he looked up. He smiled at me. "Hey, Frankie." I sat down in front of him. "What are you reading?" I asked him. "The Raven." He said, then closed the book. "So do you wanna go shop?" He asked, and I nodded and stood up.
We walked out of the shop and looked in the windows to other stores. We went into all kinds of different ones, and bought different things.
After a while, we both got tired and sat down on a bench. We talked about the different things we got, then suddenly my stomach growled really loud. "Hungry?" He asked. I nodded and laughed. "Do you want to go get some food? I know this great Chinese place." I said and he nodded. We stood up and walked out to the parking lot. He followed me to my car and gasped when he saw it. It was a jet black Camaro. "Holy shit, Frank." He said. I giggled a bit and opened the trunk. We put our bags in, then hopped into the front seats and drove to the resteraunt.
