Life on the murder scene
Something about the word makes me smile..
"Um.. Who’s this?” Ray looked from Frank and I to Ella. He leaned against the hood of Danger cooly as he watched us approach, wearing the same as Frank and I, a stolen v-neck and jeans. Which were now hanging off of him. Was that because of all the running we were doing or because we didn't have enough canned beans to eat? Did the rest of the group look like this? I haven't been paying much attentio-Stop it Gee, Stop. You don't have time to fucking contemplate on what You wish You could do right now. You have a hostage to take care of. God. The word felt so harsh. But at the same time it brought a small smirk to my lips. Why though? The gas was running so I assumed he saw us coming for a while. I stood a few steps infront of Ella while Frank stood behind her, holding his gun to her head incase she decided to run. A step I didn’t really see necessary but I didn’t feel like arguing with him right now. Especially since he was ready and willing to kill her just minutes before and probably would've if I hadn't stopped him. That's just who he is. “Ella apparently.” I shrugged while opening the back seat door, Danger squeaking in protest as I did. The car was over five years old and was starting to disagree with the abuse we constantly put her through. “She saw us in weaponry so now she’s here.” Ella watched Ray curiously as she got into the back seat. Ray looked back. “Hmm. Cool.” Ray smiled a bit then walked over to the drivers seat hoping into the car then slamming his door shut. I put a hand in front of Frank as he began to climb into the back, blocking his passage way. I snorted, his face seemed confused. “I got her, take shotgun.” “No thanks. Not when this assholes driving. For all I know he might run into a tree just to piss me off!” Frank grumbled as he looked into the car. Ray snorted from the front seat and yelled back to us. “Dude i’m not gonna destroy Danger just to mess with your head. ‘Specially since I don’t want to get my behind handed to me today. Now get in the car.” Frank grumbled some more then got in. Turning my attention back to Ella I cocked my head. She was looking out of the window beside her. From what I could see she had a blank expression. If I was her I'd probably be scared shitless right about now. But she looked as chill as Ray did. Why did that fucking piss me off though? "Frank, could pass me your bandana?"
I like it so far. Can't wait for another chapter(:
