To the End
If I Died, We'd Be Together
“Come home with me tonight, Gee~” Frank whispered into Gerard's ear ever so softly.
“Well, if that's what my Frankie wants~” He replied quietly as he sat up, leaving Frank's warm embrace. He looked around the empty, now dark, park where he had taken Frank so early that morning. He stood up and stretched before holding out a hand for Frank. “Shall I tell Mikey not to wait up?” He asked with a grin as Frank grabbed his hand and slowly pulled himself to his feet.
“I think I can watch you tonight~” Frank smirked before planting a small kiss on Gerard's lips. Gerard kissed back, grabbing his phone as Frank held the kiss and opening it as soon as Frank pulled away. Gerard quickly tapped a message out to Mikey and sent it, then turned off his phone.
“Shall we?” Gerard asked as he laced their fingers together.
Frank let out a small chuckle and nodded “We shall.” Frank said before the two started on their way. Gerard led him back to his house and Frank unlocked his front door and opened it, though stopped once they were in the door way. He wrapped his arms around Gerard and pulled him closing, pushing his lips up against Gerard's. After a few moments he pulled away, a small string of spit hanging between their mouths. “I love you so much~” Frank said quietly to Gerard as he looked in his eyes.
Suddenly there was a cough and the house was filled with light as Frank's mom switched on the living room light. “What was that, Franklin?” she asked him, obviously furious. “Is this who you've been ditching school with?”
“What? H-how did you know that...?” Frank stuttered as he let go of Gerard, pushing him away slightly.
“I was called today by your school, they wanted to know where you were and so do I.” she said sternly.
“Uh... I was at the mall..” Frank lied, “We were looking for something for Gerard's girlfriend..”
“Well, obviously he's not very faithful considering what I just saw.”
“I-I..” Frank stuttered, unsure of what to say. He knew he was in trouble, his mom would never be able to accept the fact he was gay.
“So Frank, what's your sexuality?” she asked with a grimace, knowing she wasn't going to enjoy the answer.
“I don't think that should matter.” Gerard butted in, “Frankie-- er, Frank, is your son and who he likes shouldn't change your opinion of him.”
“Sorry, Gerard,” she spat out “But whether or not my son is straight or not matters. He knows it's wrong to be gay, he knows God hates gays. He's been taught that since he was little. I will not let my son go to Hell. Please leave.”
“Maybe I don't want to leave.” Gerard smirked “Maybe I want to stay here and screw your son.”
Frank blushed and looked away as his mother's mouth fell open. “I'm sorry, but I don't allow faggots like you in my house. Leave before I call the cops.” She shouted at him.
Gerard rolled his eyes and gently reached over giving Frank's hand a small squeeze before he started to head towards the door. “I don't think God, if there is one, hates gays. I think he hates the horrible people like you. See you in Hell, bitch.” He said with a large grin before leaving and shutting the door behind him.
As soon as the door was closed Frank's mother grabbed Frank's arm and violently dragged him to the stairs. “Don't you ever fucking bring him back to our house. I don't want you seeing him anymore.” She said before slapping Frank as hard as she could. “...Get out of my sight, I can't stand fucking looking at you right now.”
Frank rushed upstairs and locked his door behind him, then turned to his dresser, violently ripping through the bottom drawer and uncovering his razor. Tears started to pour out of his eyes and he tried as best as he could to be silent, though some of his sobs escaped his mouth. He slowly dragged the blade along his wrist, trying to muster the courage to press down on the blade.
“Aw, Frankie... Please don't do that, I'm not worth it.” a voice called from behind him. He swung his head around to see Gerard, crouching on the small bit of roof that was just outside of Frank's window. Frank jumped up, letting his razor fall to the floor, and pushed the window open to let Gerard in. Once Gerard had climbed through Frank hugged him as tight as he could and held him close, burying his face in Gerard's chest.
Gerard reached down and grabbed Frank's wrist, his eyes studying the cuts Frank had made for a moment before smiling and reaching into his pocket, pulling out the gauze Frank had given him after he had tried to kill himself. He covered Frank's cuts with it then gently lifted Frank's chin with his finger and planted a kiss on his lips. “I still get to stay with you tonight, right?” He asked as his smile widened. Frank nodded slowly and pulled him on to the bed. They pulled the covers over their heads and cuddled close.
“By the way, Frank, I just want to say, I'm sorry. For everything. I've made a lot of mistakes in the few days we've known each other, and I truly regret them. I swear to God I will never make any of those mistakes again,” He paused for a moment as he gently kissed Frank's forehead. “And about what you said before, I love you so much too. You're my world.”
Notes
I was getting bullied by my mean friends since Gerard never formally apologized to Frankie for everything so I had to throw in that apology >.>
