I'll Show You Just How Much You Mean to Me

[Frank's POV]

The bell rang signalling the school day had ended. I gathered my things and bolted out the door and towards my house. I ran as quick as my short legs would allow me to ; otherwise the kids in the wrestling team would beat me up. I walked towards my street and walked to my house. I grabbed the key from off the small chain I wore on my neck and unlocked the door, my mother was already home.
"Frank, how was school?" she immediately stated.
"It was okay. And work?" I replied, trying to keep the conversation short. She's rarely in a good mood and I don't want to change that.
"Work was actually great... I got promoted. Wanna get pizza or something to celebrate? I'm in a great mood."
"That's awesome, Mom! Yeah. Mind if I go for a walk for a little bit?"
"Okay. Be back by 6:45, I'm guessing that's when you'll want to eat."
In all honesty, I love when my mom's happy, but my day was shit and I just need out of this place.
I grab my iPod and bolt out the door, waving to my mom. I walk to the only place I can really think of; the park.

I walk down the street, trying to remember the way since I really hadn't gone to the park since middle school when my best friend, Gerard and I would hang out. I miss the guy, I wish he hadn't went to a different school. I take a shortcut through the trail we used to go on and approach a large tree where I used to hang out with Gerard. There was a brown haired boy sitting underneath it sketching or writing or something like that. He was flawless, his eyes were a bright hazel color and he was wearing a black hoodie with an L7 button and a Misfits button. He was so beautiful. Wait....
