Break for This

The High Behind Your Eyes

Gerard's P.O.V

When I woke up I like someone had taken the house around me and put it on top of my head. Man, energy high aftermath is a bitch. I woke up on the kitchen counter with my leg resting on a stool. Frank was sprawled out over the other two stools.

I eventually got enough strength to sit up, but my head hurt so bad that I couldn't hold it up for very long.I tried to wake up Frank, but he was so deep in sleep. I swear I could have brought the stereo to his ear and blasted full volume screams from a horror movie and he wouldn't even flinch. Ugh, my head hurt just thinking about how loud that would be.

I had to stop my head from hurting but I didn't know what I could do. Obviously, coffee isn't an option and Advil just knocks me out. But seeing as i'm up alone and Frank isn't getting up anytime soon...hell who cares if I knock out for a while, as long as the pain stops.

I hobbled of the table and upstairs to the bathroom. I opened the cabinet and grabbed the bottle. I almost didn't have enough energy to open the child-safe cap, but eventually I got it. I took 3 pills and practically crawled to our room. When I got there, I rolled over and my crimson hair fell on my face but I was way to drained to give a damn.

Notes

Sorry it's super short but the next chapter is forming in a very explosive way.

@Stitches

They're pretty wicked but Seance is my favorite out of the Academy 'Children'.
