As I helped Lilly up she gave me a look that said 'Don't waste your time on him'. Obviously, I didn't listen. He pushed my sister down. How am I just supposed to let that go?? Now, I usually don't get mad, but when I DO, I get really mad. Such as, I go apeshit. When people said things about what I believe and stuff like that sure, I argue. But when they mess with my family, that's different.

"THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME IERO?!" He shouted, causing everyone to look at us. I simly stayed quiet. I could sense Lilly getting kinda worried and scared because she shuffled behind me to stay out of his shouting. He slowly walked up to my me; face to face because we were both pretty tall.
"Why couldn't you just leave us the fuck alone?!" I asked. He pushed me back before grabbing my backpack and throwing it to the side.
"Why should I? And who the fuck do you think you're talking to you dirty, punk slut?" He growled. I had to bite my tongue to remain from screaming at him. I knew that if I did, both mom and dad would get mad at me. Whenever family related arguments occur, I always tend to pick a fight. Mom and dad made me promise that I wouldn't get in any more.

He came up and pushed me to the ground.
"What are gonna do about it anyway?" In my mind the only think I could think to myself was: 'I'm this close. This fucking close.'
"Exactly. You whore, you'll stand up for your sister but, you won't stand up for yourself. What a shame." He intimidated. We stood there for a minute; just looking at each other until, for some reason, he punched me. I fell back and he ran up to me and began to kick and punch me even more. Lilly tried to run up and help me, but other kids blocked her so they could feed on the entertainment that was me getting beat up. Even a few more kids joined in with the kid beating me.

A nightmare was happening then. Kids beating me up, hearing my dear sister scream for me, kids cheering, and there was nothing I could do about it. It was going on for 7 or 8 continuous minutes and ended when my favorite teacher, Miss Sage, ran outside and pulled all the kids away from me.

"ALL OF YOU!! TO THE OFFICE!! NOW!!" She yelled. They marched up to the office whilst Lilly and her helped me up. I sat up and held my head. It seemed to of had a serious pounding sound in it. They looked at me and shuddered. Was it really that bad??

"Cherry, darling, why didn't you say anything to stop him?!" Miss Sage asked.
"I knew if I didn't say anything, he would get mad and get in trouble and I wouldn't because, technically, I didn't do anything." I answered.
"Smart." Lilly said.
"Honey, lets take you to the office." Miss Sage said, holding out her hand to help me up.
"Nah, I'll be okay. I promise." I said, grabbing her hand and retrieving my backpack that was thrown out near a tree.
"A-Are you sure..?" She asked. I gave her a nod while putting on both straps of my backpack.
"I-If you're sure..." she said. I assured her that I would and thanked her for putting an end to that monstrosity before leaving the school campus with Lilly.

As we passed the playground near the park, Lilly gave me a warm hug.
"Thanks for stopping him, Cherry. That was something most people wouldn't do for me." She said. I hugged her back and responded with,
"No problem. You're my sister and I would do anything for you."

We got home with only 20 minutes left before Miles comes home. I marched up to my room and looked at myself in the mirror. Crap! My nose was starting to turn purple along with my right cheek. Not mention that I also had a split lip. I took out my little box containing all of my makeup. I tried my best to not cake it all on, but it was impossible since I was shaking so badly. I don't even know why I'm shaking. Once I finished, my face looked like it had never been hit (Exept for my split lip).

I walked back downstairs to see Lilly on the couch, shoulders shaking and quiet sobs filling the room with her phone on the ground.
